As regards the dating agency stuff this is the first time I've had any links
to it so will look very shortly (doing ID final prrofs this morning). My
initial offhand thought is that where Mark goes to try to get his leg over
is his own affair, but that we can't have married party personalities goiong
round openly trying to shag around. What people do in private is no concern
of mine, but when it can be used against the party it's a different matter.
