ELECTRONIC LOOSE CANNON NEWS FLASH UPDATE
(Issued to a small number of ELC subscribers)

CONFIRMED: Mr. DAVIES ACTS FOR BNP 'REBELS'-- NEXT HEARING ON THURSDAY 10th APRIL

This e-mail comes as a clarification to the ELC 'News Flash' which I issued on the evening of Thursday 13th March.

The following is the text of an e-mail I am sending the barrister Mr. Davies at the same time as I issue this.Martin Webster.

===============

Dear Adrian,Thank you for your e-mail.

The matter of who the instructing solicitors are is a minor detail. The case is conducted by Counsel -- i.e. the barrister, i.e. yourself, as I correctly stated in last Thursday's ELC 'News Flash'.Sadie Graham sent me an e-mail last Thursday evening (hours before the hearing) in which she said that Sempik & Co were not the instructing solicitors.

She also insisted categoricaly that you were not going to be counsel for herself and her co-Defendants!

That information was incorrect.

Last Friday you addressed the court on the Defendants' behalf. I do not know why she thought it necessary to try and misinform me on that point.I gather the case was adjourned because of short notice. Thank you for telling me that the next hearing will take place on Thursday 10th April before His Honour Pelling QC at the Manchester Civil Justice Centre.

Kind regards,

Martin.

Subject: RE: ELC NEWS FLASH - Griffin launches High Court action

Dear Martin,
As discussed, this ELC is incorrect in that Sempik & Co. are not involved in the case on either side.

This case has been adjourned to be heard by HHJ Pelling QC at the Manchester Civil Justice Centre on 10th April 2008, time estimate one day.

Rgds,

Adrian

If this is handled properly, it is the perfect opportunity to utterly destroy Gri££in. He should not be allowed to drop the case. This is the moment to force him to make a personal appearance in Court and to force a detailed disclosure of his, his family's and the BNP's financial affairs.

When was the last time Davies successfully fought a case for Nationalists and won. Answer never. They always end up with costs against them. Davies will put his clients at unnecessary risk as he is doing this out of his hatred of Griffin and sees this case as merely a soapbox for himself. They have picked the worst possible person to defend them. He will waste hours of court time with cranky legal arguments and run the defendants up a huge costs bill into the bargain. Griffin and his cronies must be pissing themselves over this. God help poor Sadie and the Smiths, they really don't know what they have got themselves into. All they had to do was comply with the party request for the return of property and it would never have got to this stage.

Fuck off you twisting Gri££inite pile of shit. Any intelligent person knows this case will destroy Gri££in, and good riddance to the arsehole before someone physically takes the cunt out. He rants on about police informers, he'll be crawling and crying to them for protection when we've finished with him.

Griffin's political career has been living a charmed life for some time. 'Good lord willing and the creek don't rise'- we may yet get rid of the greedy cyclops- unfortunately we can't get back the decade or more he has put us back.

"unfortunately we can't get back the decade or more he has put us back."

Don't you mean the decade he has lost to nationalists for all time? A decade that will NEVER be got back, a decade that means we can never win.

"a decade that means we can never win."

And still the idiots hang on his every word.

Griffin, is a fucking greedy moron. He obviously has no idea that the BNP constitution under 'English Common Law' is not only ilegal, but will be used against him in court.

Griffin will lose

Regards

Yes, Gri££in is greedy, there's no doubt about that. But stupid? No. When a career crook/politician does something manifestly not in his own interest, it's always a sign that someone else is pulling the strings. Gri££in would have taken the money and run long ago, but someone else won't allow it.

An astute observation.
