I've checked the court listings for Manchester tomorrow and there's nothing on there in any way related to this at all. I'd like to see some more info that this is happening.
Maybe Jackson is hanging back, cynically letting other people go ahead of him?

The case is being heard tomorrow to set the date, which could be April.
