Griffin's High Court Action:THE ISSUE OF "CLEAN HANDS"

I have just be sent an e-mail [see below] by a BNP official in London to draw my attention to an audio file on the BNP web site in which Griffin brays that his High Court action is going to cost Sadie Graham and her co-Defendants "many thousands of pounds".

My response was as follows: Dear [deleted],The purpose of the Griffin audio is psychological warfare. Such trumpetings and aggressive displays often take place prior to litigation, based on the tactics employed by the beasts of the jungle prior to a scrap over territory or a mate.Apart from his need to pump himself up, Griffin hopes his threat will intimidate the Defendants and make them come to a humiliating settlement without him needing to argue his case in open court and convince a judge.

I think Griffin may have misjudged Graham & Co. and may also have made a big mistake by getting the BNP's affairs before the High Court.

He may hope to keep the action focused on just one topic, but there is the potential for the matter to be widened-out to take in issues which he will not find congenial. He may come to learn what is meant by "The Law of Unintended Consequences".There is a long-standing convention that the courts will not entertain applications from Plaintiffs who have sought to resolve their differences with Defendants away from the courts using unlawful methods.
The removal of a computer from Sadie Graham's home by means of a deception perpetrated by people allegedly acting on Griffin's instructions is likely to feature in an application from the Defendants for Griffin's case to be thrown out because he does not approach the court with "clean hands".

"Hubris precedes Nemesis".

Regards,

Martin.

Link to a audio recording of Griffin and Darby on car ride back to Wales with Walker, talking about the case on Friday. Griffin quoted: "Messing with the BNP will cost these people many thousands of pounds!"[deleted]http://www.bnp.org.uk/videos/nick140308.mp3

Meanwhile....CHEER UP, EVERYBODY!

MP3 Has been saved for distribution.

Griffin really thinks he's onto a winner. What an idiot. Naturally, it's the BNP members who will lose out when the judge slaps the BNP with a £20,000 bill for costs!

Not forgetting that Griffin offered the rebels money to go back to the BNP before he launched this action, so, Griffin, is a very worried man indeed, and so he should be. I can't wait to see the requests for the accounts and reciepts before the court, might even take a trip to Manchester if it's open to the public.

It's like the Griffin crowd are trying to torpedo the BNP for good.

What's he doing letting Bagel off the leash to libel everybody in sight, esp gays when Bagel's not got a clean pecker when it comes to blokes.

The BNP's our last chance. Why are they screwing it?

"Bagel's not got a clean pecker when it comes to blokes."

That rumour has been going around for years. Some have suggested it's why he turns up at BNP meetings with two slappers on his arm.

Bagel swings both ways alright. Somebody ought to ask him about Karl C****** whose dad threatened Barnes if he didn't lay off. Theres another lad from Gillingham or Rochester, forget which, as well. That sicko bird of his must turn a blind eye unless she dosn't know,

Why does everything in the BNP - whether carrot or stick - ALWAYS come back to money.

Seems like "the root of all evil" is king in the modern BNP.

Now there's the REAL story!
