A new North West England regional organiser ?
A few people have told us that a certain bloke, Duncan Warner, is hawking around a petition to get himself into the position of 'head honcho' in the north west .
Well, we at NWN give this chap 10 out of 10 for improvisation, and originality, and we will certainly sign his petition, but we don't think Mr Griffin will be impressed with that.
