National Front/nationalist demonstration - quiz
These pictures have never 'seen the light of day' till now . They are a part of British history, and our own nationalist history too.
We are giving a prize to anyone who can identify a rather famous nationalist on the pics, who wrote an infamous book.
We will be showing other pics of this demonstration that shows; John Tyndall and Andrew Fountaine.
Also, what and where is the demonstration ?
You may wish to lighten these original pictures.

The guy with the yellow hard hat on is Alvin Hanson, ex-Tory Blackpool Councillor, who defected.
Ray Hill?
Yeah, I remember Alvin. He had his own building company and built a great big bar, which he amusingly called 'the fuhrer bunker', as an appendage to his house. Blackpool Branch of the NF used to hold their meetings there after they ran out of pubs. He started wearing the hard hat after catching a brick on his head at a previous march.
Is Alvin still alive? He would probably be in his mid 60's now but even back then he wasn't in the best of health due to his fondness dor beer and ciggies in industrial quantities.
I'd say the march could possibly be Nuneaton 1980 where fat boy got a punch from some ANAL creep who had infiltrated the march - the ANAL creep then caught about ten punches from the stewards before the police could pull him out!
But it can't be because Fountaine had gone off with all his tory old codgers by then.
Unfortunately, Alvin is no longer with us.
Sorry Joe, it isn't Ray Hill.
Richard Verrell
Joe has got the right person, Richard Verrall, who allegedly wrote the small book, 'Did six million really die' ?
Richard is centre in the top picture of the three.
Now what about the venue and the year folks ?
1978
Correct Joe it was 1978, and well done yet again.
But what about the place/venue anyone ?
Manchester
I can now tell you now that the prize(s) are audio cassettes by Dr.William Pierce, of the National Alliance, when he broadcast American Dissident Voices.
Can anyone get it 100% exactly right, the name of the venue ?
This competition is now closed.
The winner of both audio cassette tapes by Dr.William Pierce is Mr.Joe Owens.
The actual venue for the rally was the Levenshulme district of Manchester.
This was the first 'national' march by the NF after the Lewisham riots of August 1977.The same day saw Martin Webster do his 'one man NF march' to Hyde Town Hall.
There will be another nationalist quiz shortly!
