Errr, no Mr Anon it's not Chris Jackson.
I think you've missed the joke. The photo is actually from the 2001 General Election count in Oldham, when Nick Griffin and Mick Treacy were protesting that they hadn't been allowed to speak from the podium.
That was in the days when NG professed to believe in free speech - since then he has done more to censor nationalists than any of the British state's official or semi-official instruments of repression.
The latest example was the refusal to allow any of the normal means of campaigning during the BNP's leadership election - hence the gag :-)
