Rebels In Court

'Griffin, and, Darby on behalf of the BNP membership'
Word, is reaching us that, Griffin, has lost, and that the membership can now challenge, Griffin, and, Darby, to meet the costs themselves instead of wasting BNP members money as is right, and proper, in un-incorporated law.

Did you know that Griffin at age 15 was shagging a transvestite copper from Great Yarmouth. This isn't a joke BTW.

Yes, we know. He's shagged quite a few men in East Anglia, Webster was not the first.

A perfect opportunity for, Chris Jackson before he challenges.

I am hearing conflicting reports here.

But Court cases have ahabit of bringing highfalutin verdicts, and of course, both sides will want to highlight their viewpoints/opinions.

Sid couldn't f**k a tranny if he wanted to - his gut gets in the way.

Sid's pro-BNP stance takes on a different meaning knowing of his homo-erotic lust for Griffin who swings both ways.

Get this - Sid and griff, post-coital tender pillow talk while munching kebabs - lessons in the fine art of retirement fund administration in nationalist parties

I'm hearing the case has fallen flat because Griffins case was based on, Kenny Smith, who lives in a different country, Scotland :)

Re: BNP 'have everything they wanted' from Court case

------------------------------------------------

I was in court (sitting directly behind Messrs Griffin and Darby as it happened).

Several elements of the case will be proceeding to full trial.

But Griffin did indeed lose the only parts of the case to be decided today.

All his claims against Kenny and Nicholla Smith regarding BNP cash and 'chattels' have been thrown out of court.

Only the claims regarding "breach of confidence" will proceed to trial.

The BNP will have to pay its own costs.

(Sorry I'll be unable to reply to further questions about the case until tomorrow as I'm travelling back to London.)

Yes yes yes, come on you rebels, smash the bastard to kingdom come.

In reality Griffin did not loose. It’s the BNP membership who financed his courtroom adventures that will be loosing.

BTW I’m wondering how these expenses will be appear in the accounts for this year?

The case was taken by QUOTE

(1)NICHOLAS JOHN GRIFFIN
(2)SIMON DARBY
(On behalf of themselves and the members of the British National Party)
Claimants

UNQUOTE

I was there for the morning session.

Nick, Simon and a security peson were the only ones there. Does he not want the membership to share the moment the way they did in Leeds?

They will share the cost! Will they share the profit should they win?

REMEMBER:-

(On behalf of themselves and the members of the British National Party)

Griffin cannot touch BNP membership money to cover his court costs. It can be challenged and easily won by the membership. Griffin, is fucked, or should we say, Darby. Money cannot be used without the express permission of the membership in this case, and like immigration, they were never asked.

Everyone knows he's a greasy fat state poofta, and he's soon going to know what nationalists think of him.

I fooking hate Griffin with every fibre of my being. I hope the rebels win, a donation going there way.

Please let us have the evidence, witnesses, documents, whatever.

Anyone can make assertions and post them, especially anonymously, but these are meaningless without substantiation.

If Griffin was "shagging coppers", or anyone come to that, then or since please - let us have something to back this up.

Until you provide evidence to back it up it will remain a joke.

Let us hope that the dissidents win. Thjis is only the first stage of the proceedings. They have got to win outright and ensure that Griffin's malicious actions will be thrown back at him and Darby.

But if this happens remember that this is only the beginning. Like the other tyrant in the news, Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe, Griffin will fight tooth and nail, legal and non-legal, to stay in power. It will be a long fight. If you want to desposae Griffin the Tyrant then you must all be prepared for the long fight.

Does anyone know of the situation regarding the police investigation of the unauthorised entry, alleged burglary, theft and data interception and bugging by Griffin and his goons on Sadie Graham's home?

There are reports that the police are no longer investigating the suspected crime and are allegedly even refusing to take Miss Graham's calls about it.

Is this correct? Is the investigation still continuing, or have the police indeed dropped it?

Can anyone with information, orb indeed one of the "rebels" in charge, let everyone know when it's possible to say so?

Richard Chadfield on 5 April on a different article said

H) Why is the BNP leadership suing Sadie Graham and co for £50,000? My Answer: if they can bankupt Sadie Graham and co they will effectively negate their ability to participate in politics for ,I think, five years.

I think Mrr Chadfield is pretty much close to the answer here.

The Graham/Smith/Blake rebellion was the most serious challenge to Griffin since the the Edward's challenge in the early days of Griffin's dictatorship.

Even the Leeds Crown Court trial was manageable as Griffin was in a win-win situation as he was fully prepared to go to prison and would have assumed a martyr status and would have continued building up his position and the BNP from within jail, having a pretty ineffectual and generally-regarded lazy Simon Darby as his No 2 in charge.

No, the rebellion, though now more or less contained and out of steam, had a very unnereving effect on Grifin and he no doubt feels less than invincible now. To prevent a serious challenge through a constitutional leadership election he needs to neutralise these people, either by sueing them for 000's or by ensuring that theirb membership remains dead. It is a gamble that may not pay off. The Law of Unintended Consequences could see this rebound on Griffin.

Clearly, Griffin has never heard (or believes in) the Law of Karma. Griffin's selfish, spiteful and negative actions are sooner or later going to rebound on him. He will suffer the consequences and those whom he has afflicted will reap from this.

Griffin's actions could well lead to the beginnings of a more general membership stirring as the nature and effect of his ill-advised court action against the "rebels" becomes known.

Any future leadership challenge will ensure that Griffin's failings, both as a person and a politician, will become more widely known.

A poor BNP showing at the polls in May- set against the uber-hype of the BNP leadership in talking up BNP chances, will demoralise the membership and perhaps wake up the nascent membership who are looking for success and power.

I can assure you it's 100% fact. Ask, Griffin.

If you can be sure of one thing, it is that Gri££in will NOT be footing the bill himself.

This is so true - but how can such a very intelligent individual as NG not appreciate the notion of cause and effect ?

He is clearly very devious - and perhaps this is the extent of his intelligence. I suppose he must have a very well developed "Reptilian" type of brain ? I'm not even trying to be nasty , but trying to be matter of fact.

So WHY HAS HE WASTED ALL THE MEMBERS MONEY. SURELY HE WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT HE WOULD LOSE THAT PART ABOUT ENGLISH LAW NOT HAVING JURISDICTION WRT SCOTTISH MATTERS ?

He can certainly continue the "we have no money" routine - but is it a deliberate ploy to p people off ?

Anonymous said...

I would go with the 'reptile' type of brain coupled with a Semitic soul as the best explanation for the Griffin personality defect.

Where were Griffins crowds of supporters ?

Only Gri££in Darby and one security person who has not been identified yet were there.

From BNP constitution: Section 8

All debts and liabilities properly incurred by the party at a national level shall be solely the responsibility of the National Chairman.

Breach of fiduciary duty to the party to run up massive debts especially when its in the wrong jurisdiction, looks like the liability belongs with him.

Is he the one who changed his name on Stormfront to Jock Oldham??

Now, let's see if I've got this right.

Griffin spends £30,000 of BNP members' money on a court action to retrieve some BNP property -

BUT

a) the stuff is only worth a fraction of that figure anyway,

b) the targets of the legal action have brought the stuff along in the boot of their car, and are willing to hand it over anyway,

c) AND he's gone to an ENGLISH court to pursue a SCOTTISH action - so it's inadmissable.

So, £30,000 of members' money on a pointless, pointless and pointless legal action.

The man's an idiot !!!!

And he does all this during an election campaign when there might just be more important things to do !!!

Griffin has a little grasp of karma. He is increasingly worried that his past actions will catch up with him. This explains his increasing paranoia
and cranky behaviour. It will all fall apart when his relationship with Mark Collett falls apart, as will happen sooner or later.
