Tina Wingfield ?

Who the hell is Tina Wingfield ?

Letter from Tina Wingfield to Mike Easter31st August 2007

Dear Mr Easter

Re: Expulsion From Membership of the British National Party

This letter is to notify you of you expulsion from the British National Party, with immediate effect.

This expulsion is under Section 6.1 and 6.3 of the BNP's constitution (current edition issued September 2005, 9th edition), by which a member is liable to disciplinary sanction if he breaks the Code of Conduct which is Annex 1 in the Constitution.

In particular, section 6.3 states that:
Members who have offended against the Code of Conduct or otherwise acted in a manner contrary to the interests of the 'Party shall be liable to disciplinary sanction.

And section 4 of the Code of Conduct states that:
All Party members are expected at all times to conduct themselves in a manner that will bring credit upon the Party and to refrain from any acts, whether from a party political or private motive and whether political or private in nature, which are likely to bring the Party into disrepute.

The point at issue is your refusal to bring your self-styled 'Reform Group of the BNP' within the financial structure of the British National Party as required by British electoral law. You were contacted about this by the Party's national treasurer on 30th May 2006 and have both refused and failed to take any action to comply with the law.

Since then the Reform Group has sent out campaigning letters, launched a website and run an entire campaign. There can be no doubt that expenditure has been incurred and hence must in turn have been funded. The scale of such income and expenditure is irrelevant, since the law of the land requires full accountability and traceability for every penny of income and expenditure in every group that either is, or claims to be, or appears to be, part of the BNP.

In the run-up to the recent leadership election, it was reluctantly decided to leave this in abeyance lest the necessary action to resolve your refusal to obey the law of the land should have been falsely presented as some kind of ploy to stop a perfectly legitimate leadership challenge.

Now that is over, however, this consideration no longer applies. Your deliberate flouting of the law and of vital Party procedure is not only wrong in its own right, but it spits in the face of every local fund-holder in every unit in the country. They all go to considerable effort to keep the Party on the right side of the law, but you appear to believe that you, and you alone, are so important that you are exempt.

It is noted in passing, by the way, that this arrogant refusal to accept the most basic Party discipline is a long-term habit on your part, such that you were also expelled by the previous leader, John Tyndall, for refusing to obey his decision not to contest a General Election shortly after the Party was founded.

Clearly the situation with the Reform Group is not conducive to the imposition of the internal discipline needed to ensure financial probity and to keep the BNP within the law governing the financial accountability of political parties. Your direct responsibility for the Reform Group is proven by various documents and emails which will, if necessary, naturally be provided to a disciplinary tribunal.

Your refusal to comply with the treasury directive is in breach of Section 6.3. of the Constitution on account of being contrary to the interests of the Party.

In addition, Section 2 of the Code of Conduct is as follows:
All members when engaged in Party tasks are expected to act in accordance with whatever directives may be issued to them by the senior Party official present, providing that such directives are reasonable, lawful and in compliance with the Constitution of the Party.

The instruction from the national treasurer to you to submit financial records for the Reform Group is clearly reasonable, lawful and compliant both with the Constitution and the natural justice element of English Common Law. Your refusal to comply is therefore a blatant breach of the Code of Conduct.

You are, of course, entitled to appeal against your expulsion, in which case a tribunal will be appointed to hear the evidence against you and any defence you may wish to produce, in accordance both with the Party Constitution and your rights under English law.

Please note that you have 14 days in which to respond via Recorded Delivery post to the above address. Please provide an outline of your grounds for appeal in any such correspondence.

Yours sincerely

Tina WingfieldMembership Secretary(On behalf of the Disciplinary Department)

Well she is married to tory boy Martin Wingfield. She used to be married to others but this is politics and this should not be discussed.

Surely the issue here is whether Mike Easter broke the law.

If so, then what choice did the BNP have but to expel him?

Just because we may like him and dislike the leadership of the BNP, does not justify breaking the law.

Just because the BNP leadership may fail to apply the law strictly to its friends and supporters, does not justify failing to apply the law to those who might be our friends.

Surely, we all must obey the law and condemn the BNP leadership for failing to apply the law to ALL.

Or am I being naive and ignorant here?

All thec best...Bill Jax

But yet the BNP leadership have still not yet given the BNP accounts , as they are required to do so by law ?

Isn't this being very selective by the BNP ?

Also, what do you think about the threats, and acts of violence against Nick Griffins opponents ?

We have evidence about Griffin being involved in political violence. The info has been passed to the police.

Wingfield should never ever be placed above her boots.

Martin Wingfield is a tory creep.

He develops stomach cramps if you have anything to say about zionist/jews.

Absolutely outrageous.
The BNP leadership appoint known thieves and thugs into positions of power within the party, yet expel decent intelligent hard working people as they pose a threat to NG.
What half-baked trumped up nonsense is this?
No wonder Scott Maclean resigned as I am sure he had no stomach for this sycophantic tripe that NG expects from his slaves.
What a cult the BNP truly is!
I truly hope Mike Easter takes this much further.
My support goes out to Mike Easter.

The BNP Reform Group has the name of the party in its title, but I am not convinced that this means its income and expenditure needs to be accounted for within the accounts the party is suppsed to submit to the Electoral Commission. For example, the Conservative Party's published accounts make no mention of the Conservative Friends of Israel group. I will be Emailing the Electoral Commission to get an opinion on this. If I get a reply, I will post it on here.

The main complaint would appear to be that there was money that didn't pass through Griffin's hands.

Now there's a surprise.

Way to go, Tintin!

The whole Wingfield family seem to be employed by the BNP.

I note that Griffin now has all the old dead beats/failures from his days in the NF/Third Position around him i.e. Martin Wingfield,Pat Harrington, Steve Brady (aka Steve Johnson).

If you can't get anyone to support your nutty 'back to the land ideas' what do you do? Well you take over a decent Ntionalist party and change it's policies...ring any bells.

According to lancaster UAF Nick Cass has got the boot. Is this right, does anyone know?

"We have evidence about Griffin being involved in political violence."

I bet you don't have as much info on that score as Lecomber ;-)

With regard to Mike Easters expulsion letter.

It was written by Lee Barnes and signed by T Wingfield. Keith Axon still has his Ilegal expulsion and awaits anyone with the knowledge to help him press charges against T. Wingfield, as I'm sure Tina is aware that her name on the letter means she goes to court.

Question...

If I decide to set up a group to debate the advancement/decline of the Tory party, do I have to declare my finances to the Tory party?

How the hell can they have the brass neck to have a dig at Mike about 'missing' accounts etc, when the BNP's accounts are still nowhere to be seen!!
What a load of two faced hipocrites!!
We all know this is just an excuse to give him the boot because of Chris Jackson.
Fair play and free speech are two phrases the BNP avoid like the plague!
Wonder who's next for the chop? It WILL happen.....watch this space.

It seems to be the Griffin and Wingfield family business !

Nepotism or what ?

Well, a good friend has just informed me that the 'Summer School' the one they didn't have at RWB because they couldn't be seen to be charging twice, had some interesting points raised...

1...Griffin is launching an online home schooling data base. Nothing wrong with home schooling but how you educate your child is not the business of a political party, it is the business of the parents. Once again Griffin confuses personal ideology with the politics of the MASSES.

2...Attendees were warned about which sites they can and cannot post on. Stormfront IS proscribed, strange when you consider the BNP runs SF Britain. The ITP site is also proscribed yet Patrick Harrington is in charge of the renegade 'Solidarity'. The NNP forum isn't proscribed but that's because the BNP have been trying to get people on there to spy for ages :-)

3...People were told they MUST canvass during elections. All fine and dandy in teeny weeny wards which is why I suspect the BNP will soon give up on the big cities, particularly as they're bleeding manpower at a rate of knots and their electoral fraud trial starting in Birmingham shortly will do them further damage.

Summing up, will the BNP be declaring the summer school under their fundraising?

It's him alright !

I'm going to disagree. I have numerous emails from TL and I can assure you that Purging the Droids grammar is far superior and so is the use of his name.

Only Arthur Kemp could come up with a username that was a direct play on the destruction of the Jedi in Star Wars.

TL, is Londonenglish and Boatman;-)

I have never met South African agent Arthur Kemp or been in correspondence with him.

Why has he got the knife out for me ?

I wouldn't be surprised if that 'Purging the Droid', or I prefer to call him 'Enema', is Arthur Kemp!
I have had the misfortune to be in the same room as Arthur Kemp and I was deeply unimpressed!
Why is he being touted around the country in the BNP charabanc?
I wouldn't trust Arthur Kemp further than I could chuck him and that is definitely what he needs, CHUCKING!
Preferably back to South Africa.

Brilliant isn't it?
The BNP has lost in very short order:-
Jonathon Bowden
Scott Maclean (or just from his disciplinary role)
Mike Easter

We should make a list

And have gained the delights of that mad, bad and dangerous to know A.Kemp.

I cannot imagine how much lower the party can sink but I suspect it has plenty of slime at the bottom of it's septic tank to keep the Cult and it's Crooked Leader going for a bit longer.

It won't be long before there's no-one left except state agents, psych cases and crooks.

Are we there yet?

I very much doubt that Purging the Droid is Arthur Kemp, since the name is a reference to late 1980s British nationalist factionalism.

The Droid was Ian Anderson's nickname, hence Purging the Droid is surely one of Anderson's old enemies.

Could be Lecomber or someone from the rival 'Official NF' faction which hated Anderson.

I agree on Purging. I've now also seen the similarity with West Mids.
I've thought that of Purging for a while. Look at the way he writes.

Sir,

Someone has drawn my attention to remarks about myself on your blog, and in particular your reference to me “having the knife out for you.”

Please be assured that I have never met you, do not know you from the proverbial bar of soap, have never attacked you, and have no reason to do so either.

Furthermore, I do not use any of those peculiar screen names mentioned on your blog, and have absolutely no idea who or what they are.

I have no dispute with you, or hold any ill-will to you whatsoever, and would greatly appreciate it if you would do the same for me.

Please do not publicise my email address.

Regards

Arthur

Read Attempted Murder written (mostly as I understand it) by Nick Griffin.

The Wingfields feature a lot in that interesting book.

Someone mentioned the BNP proscribing the "ITP site" - clarification please? DO they mean politicalsoldier.net?

Also someone said "Yet Harrington runs Solidarity..."

NB: Harrington was never in the ITP.

Just to put things straight.

Whoever Purging the Droid is, he is a BNP sycophant who likes to publish half-truths and lefty gossip re. events 20 years ago, whilst seeking to whitewash to corruption and sell-out happening now!
