Fw: Google Alert - "British National Party"
NWN: We received this e-mail about this High Court victory, and it is perfectly true that Nick Griffin refused to help in this campaign. The local activists had to do it and finance it all by themselves.
Dear NWN,
It is your duty to point out that the BNP REFUSED to fund the bringing about of this action. It was the councillors themselves and the members who had to fund it. The BNP weren't interested.

Groundbreaking legal decision over Burnley ballot
Legal affairs correspondent reports.
Legal affairs correspondent reports.
The British National Party (BNP) proves once again that it is the Party that will not tolerate injustice and oppression as we help to secure another groundbreaking legal victory. This time the people of Burnley have been the victors of justice as two of the town’s voters won a High Court battle for an election recount after concerns about the validity of a single vote in a council election earlier this year. The 3rd May council election in Burnley’s Rosegrove and Lowerhouse ward saw a very rare tie between Labour and the BNP candidates. The eventual Labour winner was called after drawing lots from a hat. But BNP candidate John Rowe argued that a ballot paper that was spoilt had been counted towards the Labour vote. Question about markTwo voters from the town felt that an injustice has been done and petitioned the courts for a judgment. The outcome is that there will now be a recount in London within the next 10 days and if the single ballot paper remains the deciding factor a High Court official will be required to adjudicate the validity of the mark on the ballot paper. The judge was told the vote in question had a diagonal mark in the left hand column against the number of the Labour candidate, rather than a cross in the right-hand column. Mr. Justice Irwin yesterday (12th) ordered a \"thorough recount\" instead of just \"fishing\" for the one suspect ballot paper. Mr. Rowe, 51, a former solicitor said after Wednesday\'s hearing: \"I think it was a very fair judgment in what is an unprecedented case. \"This one vote for the Labour Party should never have been counted. I am not alleging it was a \'fix\' - the Labour Party were very lucky. \"But now the ballot papers will have to be transported to London and gone through.\"
The judgment is a landmark case and further demonstration that only the BNP has the ability and the courage to stand up for the frustrated and beleaguered people of Britain.

The same old no interest from the top of the BNP when it concerns Burnley BNP.
GRIFFIN IS A LYING THIEVING CUNT
Apologies to onlookers for my language but nothing else would suffice.
"The same old no interest from the top of the BNP when it concerns Burnley BNP."
Griffin doesn't lead the BNP to win, he's there to make sure all the considered undesirables have a home where the state can watch them. The BNP is a state run safety valve going nowhere.
Regards
SE
They are closing their accounts over at stormfront UK in a bit of a flood over there.
Voting with their feet about the obvious Griffin bias by the three stooges/mods they are.
I'll have to rub this fact into Tommy Williams's big fat gob over at the VNN this afternoon.
He always gets right irritated whenever he’s confronted with the shenanigans of the BNP.
PS Tommy Williams of Sheffield is the owner of that crappy C.U.N.T. site that spends most of its time running down nationalists who criticise Nick Griffin and the BNP leadership.
JiB
Well done the folks who brought the action.
SE SAID>>Griffin doesn't lead the BNP to win, he's there to make sure all the considered undesirables have a home where the state can watch them. The BNP is a state run safety valve going nowhere.<<
Exactly. And Griffin's reward is that they allow him to get rich.
Notice how the press remains strangely silent about all the dodgy deals and offshore companies?
BURNLEY LUDDITE SAID>>The same old no interest from the top of the BNP when it concerns Burnley BNP.<<
Oh there's a lot of interest, I assure you. The Griffinistas would close Burnley Branch down tomorrow if they thought that they would get away with it.
We told you about Griffin in 1999 .. you sods laughed at us .. who is laughing now ?
Congratulations to the determined nationalists in Burnley BNP who have pursued this action without any support from the BNP leadership.
As it happens I was present at the count in May and witnessed this "democratic" outrage.
If the recount does lead to a repoll, it could be the beginning of a revival of Burnley BNP, escaping the shadow of the drunken Griffinite stooge who was recently organiser - and who was spectacularly useless as agent on the election night in May!!
An excellent outcome. Congratulations to Nick Griffin and everybody involved.
Well done the people in Burley who pulled this off.
You DID succeed against all odds, and without the help of wonderboy griffin and his little gang.
why does the west midlands constantly praise griffin ,are thy mad ,well yes because they have not yet fell fowel of griffin ,but there day will come and thy will be treated like the dog excrement the are.i am the last of the old guard in the west midlands and i will be the last man standing, and remember this ,that you have skeletons in your cupboard waiting to throw you to the attack dogs...you are not worth my swet.
