Recently, large demonstrations have taken place across the country protesting the fact that parliament is finally addressing the issue of illegal immigration.

Certain people are angry that the UK might actually want to protect its own borders, might make it harder to sneak into this country and, once here, make it harder (as an illegal immigrant) to stay indefinitely.

Let me see if I correctly understand the thinking behind these protests.

Let's say I break into your house. Then, when you discover me in your house, you insist that I leave. But I say, 'I've made all the beds and washed the dishes and done the laundry and swept the floors; I've done all the things you don't like to do. I'm hard-working and honest (except for when I broke into your house).

According to the protesters, not only must you let me stay, you must add me to your family's insurance plan, educate my kids, and provide other benefits to me and to my family (my husband will do your yard work) because he too is hard-working and honest, except for that breaking-in part.

If you try to call the police or force me out, I will call my friends who will picket your house carrying signs that proclaim my illegal right to be there.

It's only fair, after all, because you have a nicer house than I do, and I'm just trying to better myself. I'm hard-working and honest, um, except for well, you know. And what a deal it is for me!!

I live in your house, contributing only a fraction of the cost of my keep, and there is nothing you can do about it without being accused of selfishness, prejudice and being an anti-housebreaker.

Oh yeah, and I want you to learn my language so you can communicate with me! English is too hard for me to learn.

You should also allow me to vote - in my own language, since I live in your house!

David Irving Comeback

Ten months ago he was languishing in an Austrian jail, less than halfway through a three-year sentence with his career - and professional reputation - in tatters.

This week David Irving, the discredited British historian who was described by a high court judge as a Holocaust denier and a racist, says he is launching a comeback with a speaking tour of British cities and a series of new books. "I have kept a low profile for several months because I have had to sort out where to live and to address my financial situation," said Mr Irving, who was declared bankrupt in 2002 after an unsuccessful libel action over claims he was a Holocaust denier. "But now I am ready to start again."


Mr Irving's career has been littered with controversy, culminating with his arrest in Austria in 2005. He was sentenced to three years in jail after a judge ruled that two speeches he made in 1989, dismissing the Auschwitz gas chambers as a "fairy tale" and questioning the existence of extermination camps, breached Austrian law.

His appeal was upheld, with the judge saying the crimes were a long time ago and that Mr Irving had undergone an "impeccable conversion".

However, drinking tea on the sofa of a 10-bedroom house he has begun renting near Windsor, Mr Irving says that his views on the Holocaust have crystallised rather than changed. He says that he believes the Jews were responsible for what happened to them during the second world war and that the "Jewish problem" was responsible for nearly all the wars of the past 100 years: "The Jews are the architects of their own misfortune, but that is the short version A-Z.

Between A-Z there are then 24 other characters in intervening steps." Mr Irving was due to address a meeting in Coventry last Friday - although that event was disrupted by protesters - and held another meeting at his home on Saturday. He plans to speak in Halifax and Birmingham as well as at several unnamed universities.

Last night, news of his attempts to kickstart his career were met with disbelief and anger from Jewish groups and political opponents.

Lord Foulkes, of the Labour Friends of Israel, said: "It is a frightening thought that he is still pursuing his agenda." Jon Benjamin, chief executive of the Board of Deputies, said Mr Irving no longer had any legitimate claim to be a serious historian. However, Mr Irving still insists he is a respected academic. He says that a document, which he is 80% sure is genuine, suggests that 2.4 million Jews were killed in Poland, but goes on to claim that the gas chamber at Auschwitz was fake. "It was not the centre of the killing operations - it has only become a focus because it is the site that is best preserved. Much of what is shown the tourists there is faked postwar - watchtowers, even the famous gas chamber."

He added: "In my opinion now the real killing operations took place at the Reinhardt camps west of the Bug river. In the three camps here [Sobibor, Belzec, and Treblinka] Heinrich Himmler's men (mostly Ukrainian mercenaries) killed possibly as many as 2.4 million in the two years up to October 1943. There is now nothing to be seen of the Reinhardt camps, neither stick nor stone, so few tourists go there. I have visited all four sites earlier this year."

Pressed as to whether this change undermined his previous stance, Mr Irving replied: "It is a crystallisation of my view." Asked if he now accepts there had been a Holocaust against the Jewish people he said he was "not going to use their trade name". He added: "I do accept that the Nazis quite definitely, that Heinrich Himmler, organised and directed a programme, a clandestine programme, for the liquidation of European Jews ... and that in 1942-43 alone over 2.5 million Jews were killed in those three camps." He added that Hitler was "completely in the dark" about the programme.

Last night Gerry Gable, of the anti-fascist organisation Searchlight, said: "This man is a hardened rightwing extremist and this latest development proves he is determined to pursue his agenda."

FDIC Shuts Down NetBank Because of Excessive Level of Mortgage Defaults
WASHINGTON (AP) -- NetBank Inc., an online bank with $2.5 billion in assets, was shut down by the government on Friday because of an excessive level of mortgage defaults.
It was the largest savings and loan failure since the tail end of the industry's crisis more than 14 years ago. Federal regulators appointed the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. as a receiver for Alpharetta, Ga.-based NetBank.

Customers with less than $100,000 deposited with NetBank will be protected by FDIC insurance.

While dozens of mortgage companies have closed due to soaring defaults of home loans made to borrowers with weak, or subprime, credit, those problems previously had occurred among non-bank lenders such as New Century Financial Corp. NetBank, in contrast, is federally regulated.

Does anyone know how much Great White Records has donated to the BNP up to date. I do not recall seeing any presentations of cheques in Freedom.The Freedom newpaper refers to " the partys Great White Records" but Nick Griffin said in his blog it is an independent company.It certainly gets a lot of advertising, 2 page spreads in Identity, adverts in VoF and a front page ad on the website. Does GWR pay for these adverts.Many branches also sell GWR CDs alongside BNP literature as if it is official merchandise. GWR must have sold at least £250 000 of CDs over the last 2 years or so. So how much has been donated to the BNP? And why does Martin Wingfield give the impression that GWR belongs to the BNP?

How come the BNP are now allowed to have local/regional websites ?

There is now a new London BNP website. But for the past how many years, conman Nick Griffin, has closed down many BNP websites due to his 'controlling nature'.

Are BNP websites allowed or what ? Are BNP members allowed to post on STORMFRONT now or what ? They used to be banned.

We get our 'head in a spin' trying to gauge just the hell is happening in Griffins head. It's one minute this, then he changes his mind, and you cannot do that.

How the hell do you follow someone like that, when he has no consistency at all ?

Asked about what he could do about "inner-city kids partaking in violence" at the MTV/MySpace Forum yesterday, Democratic candidate John Edwards offered an apocalyptic prediction for young black males:
“We cannot build enough prisons to solve this problem. And the idea that we can keep incarcerating and keep incarcerating — pretty soon we’re not going to have a young African-American male population in America. They’re all going to be in prison or dead. One of the two.”

In 2005, according to the Census Bureau, there were 864,000 black men in college. Ex Serviceman in a Wheelchair Mugged

A disabled ex-serviceman has told how he was bundled out of his wheelchair in a sickening street robbery.

Dennis Meehan, 55, was on his way to a kebab shop in Longsight when two attackers struck.

The former gunner, who suffers from osteo-arthritis and spondylitis, lay helpless on the ground for 45 minutes.

The ordeal began as he entered an underpass on Parry Road. A youth approached from the front and as Dennis greeted him an accomplice emerged from the darkness and pushed over his wheelchair.

They threatened to stab him before rifling his pockets as he lay helpless on the ground.

They fled with £5, a treasured medallion, a mobile phone and a watch.

Numb Dennis, who served in Northern Ireland, said his body went completely numb as he lay in the cold.He was treated in hospital for cuts and severe bruising.

The grandfather-of-eight, who worked as a DJ at legendary Manchester nightclub the Twisted Wheel after leaving the army, said: "I have lived in Longsight for 25 years and nothing like this has happened before.

"It's left me too frightened to go out and my injuries hurt so much I've had to double my dose of painkillers. It was a terrifying, frustrating experience because I could do nothing to fend them off.

"I would ask anybody who knows them to tell police."Insp Peter Forster said: "Whoever did this showed Dennis no respect whatsoever. Quite simply they are scum."

The attackers were black in their late teens(NWN:Our emphasis). One wore a distinctive combat style jacket.

TV Station Raided...

STRUCK-OFF LAWYER exposed by the Manchester Evening News is to be quizzed after seven men were arrested in an illegal immigration swoop on the TV company he runs.

The seven were picked up at the studios of an Islamic station in Manchester city centre headed by disgraced Liaqat Malik.The offices of DM Digital TV, DM Islam TV and DM Digital World TV were raided by immigration officers in a series of dawn swoops.

Five of those found at the studio in a five storey mill building in Turner Street were sleeping fully dressed in two bedrooms.

All are suspected of being illegal immigrants from Pakistan.

Two houses in Cheetham Hill were also searched as part of the operation by the North West Border and Immigration Agency.According to the television stations' website the chairman of the company is "famous lawyer, community leader and brain behind the first British Pakistani Channel from Manchester, Dr Liaqat Malik".

Dr Malik is listed as manager and company secretary of one station, manager of a second and company director of a third, according to Companies House records.Investigation The 47-year-old father-of-two was struck off by a Solicitors' Disciplinary Tribunal in July 2004 after an MEN undercover investigation revealed he had a criminal record for dishonesty and had previously been officially disciplined and banned from practising as a solicitor.

As part of our operation we were also able to show he was prepared to help a self-confessed bogus asylum seeker.

We also spoke to a refugee who paid out thousands of pounds for advice he could have been given free elsewhere.

Yesterday as the raids took place, Mr Malik - who was also found to have forged qualifications to get on a university course - was not at the TV station offices and refused to comment from his Rochdale home.

He was not arrested as part of yesterday's operation codenamed Europteria, but is expected to be quizzed about the immigration status of his staff during the course of the investigation.

On the television company building sign is a picture of the "Nayamat Mosque" with the caption: "Connecting Manchester to the World." A notice on one of the doors also advertises a "property shop, Ayurvedic clinic, Rehani Clinic, Homeopathic Clinic and a TV Shop."

The channels broadcast programmes including religious lectures by prominent Muslim Scholars; the Halal Eating Guide; guide to prayers and Islamic documentaries; cartoons for children; programmes about religious places; a women's affairs programme; the "Live Fatwah" which includes "religious injunctions on various issues" plus shows on prominent Muslim achievers and mosques.

It lists Dr Liaqat's son Irfan as "in charge of musical programming" and boasts audiences across 166 countries. Advertising prices listed on the site range from £600 to £9,500 plus vat.

Whelan's election gift to Tories

WIGAN Athletic boss Dave Whelan has pledged £1m to the Tories - because he says he believes Labour have let the country down by failing to get to grips with violent crime.

The wealthy businessman, who earlier this year sold his family's entire stake in the JJB Sports shop empire for £190m, said today the gunning-down of schoolboy Rhys Jones highlighted the problem facing police forces nationwide.

He said: "This government, I believe, has failed on that front and the Conservative Party now stands as the only party prepared to take on these issues."He said he was supporting Tory leader David Cameron because, having met and talked with him, he was convinced he has the right approach to dealing with law and order in Britain.The 70-year-old tycoon said: "The murder of Rhys Jones upset me and my family, just as it did so many people in this country."David's promise to deal with knife and gun crime, early release of prisoners and more prison places is music to my ears. He has my full support.

"Mr Whelan says he will hand over the money within 14 days if Gordon Brown calls an early election.If not, the payment will be phased over a 12-month period.

The donation will be a crucial boost to Mr Cameron's `war chest' on the eve of the party's annual conference, which begins in Blackpool on Sunday.

Mr Whelan, who is chairman of Wigan Athletic, set up JJB Sports in 1971 after breaking his leg while playing for Blackburn Rovers in the 1960 Cup Final.

He started the company with a single shop and built it up into a nationwide chain of more than 400 high street stores. He has been appointed honorary life president in recognition of his contribution to the business.

Nike on Tuesday unveiled what it said is the first shoe designed specifically for American Indians, an effort aiming at promoting physical fitness in a population with high obesity rates.

The Beaverton-based company says the Air Native N7 is designed with a larger fit for the distinct foot shape of American Indians, and has a culturally specific look.

It will be distributed solely to American Indians; tribal wellness programs and tribal schools nationwide will be able to purchase the shoe at wholesale price and then pass it along to individuals, often at no cost.

"Nike is aware of the growing health issues facing Native Americans," said Sam McCracken, manager of Nike's Native American Business program. "We are stepping up our commitment ... to elevate the issue of Native American health and wellness."

Nike said it is the first time it has designed a shoe for a specific race or ethnicity. It said all profits from the sale of the shoe will be reinvested in health programs for tribal lands, where problems with obesity, diabetes and related conditions are near epidemic levels in some tribes.
Nike designers and researchers looked at the feet of more than 200 people from more than 70 tribes nationwide and found that in general, American Indians have a much wider and taller foot than the average shoe accommodates. The average shoe width of men and women measured was three width sizes larger than the standard Nike shoe.

As a result, the Air Native is wider with a larger toe box. The shoe has fewer seams for irritation and a thicker sock liner for comfort.

Jerry Bread, outreach coordinator for the Native American Studies program at University of Oklahoma, said the idea was "fantastic" and addressed a core issue for tribes, though he was skeptical that the feet of people from so many tribes could be so similar.
"It's an excellent gesture and I know it will get a lot of support from tribal people," Bread said. "We stand to profit from it in our physical health and well being."

Dr. Kelly Acton, director of the national diabetes program for Indian Health Services, said she was dubious of working with a corporation at first but said she was delighted with the result, saying Nike "bent over backwards" to design a shoe and respect public health needs.
The N7 name is a reference to the seventh generation theory, used by some tribes to look to the three generations preceding them for wisdom and the three generations ahead for their legacy.
The design features several "heritage callouts" as one product manager described it, including sunrise to sunset to sunrise patterns on the tongue and heel of the shoe. Feather designs adorn the inside and stars are on the sole to represent the night sky.

The company anticipates selling at least 10,000 pairs and raising $200,000 for tribal programs. At $42.80 wholesale, it represents less of a financial opportunity than a goodwill and branding effort.

"The reason I like it is that, even if there's not a big Native American market, it gives people the impression there is a constituency that deserves attention," said John Dickson, a member of the executive council of the Native American Leadership Alliance in Washington, D.C.
Paul Swangard, managing director of the Warsaw Sports Marketing Center at the University of Oregon, said the product reflects how Nike does business.
The company prides itself on designing specifically for certain athletes and having close ties to its customers. Nike has been involved with the tribal community for years, supporting tribal athletic teams, events and other social initiatives.
"It reinforces the core of the Nike brand, which is: If you have a body you are an athlete," Swangard said.

In a new Chinese best-seller, Currency Wars , these disparate events spanning two centuries have a single root cause: the control of money issuance through history by the Rothschild banking dynasty.Even today, claims author Song Hongbing, the US Federal Reserve remains apuppet of private banks, which also ultimately owe their allegiance to theubiquitous Rothschilds.Such an over-arching conspiracy theory might matter as little as the manyfetid tracts that can still be found in the west about the gnomes of Zurich and Wall Streets manipulation of global finance.

But in China, which is in the midst of a lengthy debate about opening itsfinancial system under US pressure, the book has become a surprise hit andis being read at senior levels of government and business.“Some senior heads of companies have been asking me if this is all true,”says Ha Jiming, the chief economist of China International Capital Corp, the largest local investment bank.

The book also gives ammunition, however hay-wire, to many in China who argue that Beijing should resist pressure from the US and other countries to allow its currency, the renminbi, to appreciate.

The books publisher, a unit of the state-owned CITIC group, said CurrencyWars had sold nearly 200,000 copies, with an estimated 400,000 extra piratedcopies in circulation as well.Mr Song, an information technology consultant and amateur historian who haslived in the US since 1994 and is now based in Washington, says his interestwas sparked by trying to uncover what lay behind the Asian crisis in 1997.

After he began blogging some of his findings, his friends suggested he finda publisher for a longer work. He professes himself surprised by the books success.I never imagined it could be so hot and that top leaders would be reading it, he says during a book tour in Shanghai. “People in China are nervous about what’s going on in financial markets but they don’t know how to handle the real dangers.

This book gives them some ideas.”The thing that most shocked him, he says, was his “discovery” that the Fedis a privately owned and run bank. I just never imagined a central bankcould be a private body, he says.

The Fed does describe itself as an unusual mixture of public and private elements. While its seven governors are all appointed by the US president,private banks do hold shares in its 12 regional reserve banks.But Mr Song ignores the government’s role and argues that the Fed’s keyfunctions are ultimately controlled by five private banks, such as Citibank,all of which have maintained a “close relationship” with the Rothschilds.

Mr Song is defensive about his focus on the Rothschilds and what the book depicts as their Jewish clannishness.The Chinese people think that the Jews are smart and rich, so we shouldlearn from them, he says.Even me, I think they are really smart, maybe the smartest people on earth.Jon Benjamin, chief executive of the Board of Deputies of British Jews, is not impressed.

The Chinese have the highest regard for what they see as Jewish intellectual and commercial acumen, with little or no concurrentculture of antisemitism. This claim, however, plays to the most discreditedand outmoded canards surrounding Jews and their influence. That it should gain currency in the worlds most important emerging economy is a greatconcern.”

The book has been ridiculed in internet postings in China, for exaggerating the lingering influence of the Rothschilds and being a re-write of existing conspiracy theories in the west.

Mr Ha puts the books popularity down to the decade-long stagnation in Japan and the Asian financial crisis, which he says had a profound impact on manyChinese policymakers.

Such officials remain deeply suspicious of advice from western countries to open up the financial system and float the currency. They think it is just a new way of looting developing countries, Mr Ha says.

Mr Song himself has been commissioned to write a number of new books to capitalise on his success, on the yen, the euro and also on Chinas financial system.

But in conversation, he sounds hesitant about the line his future tomes might take. This book may be totally wrong, so before the next one, I have to make sure my understanding is right, he says.Before this book, I was a nobody, so I could say anything I liked, but nowthe situation has changed. Both people cited a lack of activists for the way morale is suffering in the BNP.

Both said that this is the reason Nick Griffin does not want to fight the possible General Election in October. The BNP will be made to see its own shortcomings in terms of morale, shortage of activists , and a shortage of money. They also mentioned that there is no Regional Organiser in Lancashire nor Yorkshire Regions, which is contrary to the BNP Constitution, and there hasn't been for some time.

By running a 'virtual party', a facade, they can fight the Euro elections just by putting up the money and using the free leaflet delivery option. A mention was made of the liking that Mr.Griffin has for cash, and in their 'half joking' way, suggested that Nick Griffin might put his name at the top of all the BNP lists right across the Country , such is his desperation to get on the 'Euro gravy train'.

They did say that especially in the North West, a BNP Councillor should be placed at the top of any Euro election candidates card.

Both also agreed that it shouldn't have to be like this , Nick Griffin should do the right thing !

Burnley BNP win Court action - but Griffin can "eff off" !

For decades, his analyses of the Middle East scene have made hima frequent thorn in the side of the Israel lobby.For the first time in many years, Mr. Stauffer has tallied the total cost tothe US of its backing of Israel in its drawn-out, violent dispute with thePalestinians. So far, he figures, the bill adds up to more than twice thecost of the Vietnam War.And now Israel wants more.

In a meeting at the White House late last month,Israeli officials made a pitch for $4 billion in additional military aid todefray the rising costs of dealing with the intifada and suicide bombings.They also asked for more than $8 billion in loan guarantees to help thecountry's recession-bound economy.

Considering Israel's deep economic troubles, Stauffer doubts the Israelbonds covered by the loan guarantees will ever be repaid. The bonds arelikely to be structured so they don't pay interest until they reachmaturity. If Stauffer is right, the US would end up paying both principaland interest, perhaps 10 years out.

Israel's request could be part of a supplemental spending bill that's likelyto be passed early next year, perhaps wrapped in with the cost of a war withIraq.Israel is the largest recipient of US foreign aid. It is already due to get$2.04 billion in military assistance and $720 million in economic aid infiscal 2003.

It has been getting $3 billion a year for years.Adjusting the official aid to 2001 dollars in purchasing power, Israel hasbeen given $240 billion since 1973, Stauffer reckons. In addition, the UShas given Egypt $117 billion and Jordan $22 billion in foreign aid in returnfor signing peace treaties with Israel."Consequently, politically, if not administratively, those outlays are partof the total package of support for Israel," argues Stauffer in a lecture onthe total costs of US Middle East policy, commissioned by the US Army WarCollege, for a recent conference at the University of Maine.

These foreign-aid costs are well known. Many Americans would probably say itis money well spent to support a beleaguered democracy of some strategicinterest. But Stauffer wonders if Americans are aware of the full bill forsupporting Israel since some costs, if not hidden, are little known.

One huge cost is not secret. It is the higher cost of oil and other economicdamage to the US after Israel-Arab wars.In 1973, for instance, Arab nations attacked Israel in an attempt to winback territories Israel had conquered in the 1967 war. President Nixonresupplied Israel with US arms, triggering the Arab oil embargo against theUS.That shortfall in oil deliveries kicked off a deep recession. The US lost$420 billion (in 2001 dollars) of output as a result, Stauffer calculates.And a boost in oil prices cost another $450 billion.

Afraid that Arab nations might use their oil clout again, the US set up aStrategic Petroleum Reserve. That has since cost, conservatively, $134billion, Stauffer reckons.Other US help includes:. US Jewish charities and organizations have remitted grants or boughtIsrael bonds worth $50 billion to $60 billion. Though private in origin, themoney is "a net drain" on the United States economy, says Stauffer..

The US has already guaranteed $10 billion in commercial loans to Israel,and $600 million in "housing loans." (See editor's note below.) Staufferexpects the US Treasury to cover these.. The US has given $2.5 billion to support Israel's Lavi fighter and Arrowmissile projects.. Israel buys discounted, serviceable "excess" US military equipment.Stauffer says these discounts amount to "several billion dollars" overrecent years..

Israel uses roughly 40 percent of its $1.8 billion per year in militaryaid, ostensibly earmarked for purchase of US weapons, to buy Israeli-madehardware. It also has won the right to require the Defense Department or USdefense contractors to buy Israeli-made equipment or subsystems, paying 50to 60 cents on every defense dollar the US gives to Israel.US help, financial and technical, has enabled Israel to become a majorweapons supplier.

Weapons make up almost half of Israel's manufacturedexports. US defense contractors often resent the buy-Israel requirements andthe extra competition subsidized by US taxpayers.. US policy and trade sanctions reduce US exports to the Middle East about$5 billion a year, costing 70,000 or so American jobs, Stauffer estimates.

Not requiring Israel to use its US aid to buy American goods, as is usual inforeign aid, costs another 125,000 jobs.. Israel has blocked some major US arms sales, such as F-15 fighter aircraftto Saudi Arabia in the mid-1980s. That cost $40 billion over 10 years, saysStauffer.Stauffer's list will be controversial. He's been assisted in this researchby a number of mostly retired military or diplomatic officials who do not gopublic for fear of being labeled anti-Semitic if they criticize America'spolicies toward Israel.Comment: This article was published in 2002. Since then, the U.S. hascontinued to dump billions and billions of dollars on Israel, even as the USeconomy stumbles and millions of Americans struggle to find a job or makeends meet.

Dear Mr Easter

Re: Expulsion From Membership of the British National Party

This letter is to notify you of you expulsion from the British National Party, with immediate effect.

This expulsion is under Section 6.1 and 6.3 of the BNP's constitution (current edition issued September 2005, 9th edition), by which a member is liable to disciplinary sanction if he breaks the Code of Conduct which is Annex 1 in the Constitution.

In particular, section 6.3 states that:
Members who have offended against the Code of Conduct or otherwise acted in a manner contrary to the interests of the 'Party shall be liable to disciplinary sanction.

And section 4 of the Code of Conduct states that:
All Party members are expected at all times to conduct themselves in a manner that will bring credit upon the Party and to refrain from any acts, whether from a party political or private motive and whether political or private in nature, which are likely to bring the Party into disrepute.

The point at issue is your refusal to bring your self-styled 'Reform Group of the BNP' within the financial structure of the British National Party as required by British electoral law. You were contacted about this by the Party's national treasurer on 30th May 2006 and have both refused and failed to take any action to comply with the law.

Since then the Reform Group has sent out campaigning letters, launched a website and run an entire campaign. There can be no doubt that expenditure has been incurred and hence must in turn have been funded. The scale of such income and expenditure is irrelevant, since the law of the land requires full accountability and traceability for every penny of income and expenditure in every group that either is, or claims to be, or appears to be, part of the BNP.

In the run-up to the recent leadership election, it was reluctantly decided to leave this in abeyance lest the necessary action to resolve your refusal to obey the law of the land should have been falsely presented as some kind of ploy to stop a perfectly legitimate leadership challenge.

Now that is over, however, this consideration no longer applies. Your deliberate flouting of the law and of vital Party procedure is not only wrong in its own right, but it spits in the face of every local fund-holder in every unit in the country. They all go to considerable effort to keep the Party on the right side of the law, but you appear to believe that you, and you alone, are so important that you are exempt.

It is noted in passing, by the way, that this arrogant refusal to accept the most basic Party discipline is a long-term habit on your part, such that you were also expelled by the previous leader, John Tyndall, for refusing to obey his decision not to contest a General Election shortly after the Party was founded.

Clearly the situation with the Reform Group is not conducive to the imposition of the internal discipline needed to ensure financial probity and to keep the BNP within the law governing the financial accountability of political parties. Your direct responsibility for the Reform Group is proven by various documents and emails which will, if necessary, naturally be provided to a disciplinary tribunal.

Your refusal to comply with the treasury directive is in breach of Section 6.3. of the Constitution on account of being contrary to the interests of the Party.

In addition, Section 2 of the Code of Conduct is as follows:
All members when engaged in Party tasks are expected to act in accordance with whatever directives may be issued to them by the senior Party official present, providing that such directives are reasonable, lawful and in compliance with the Constitution of the Party.

The instruction from the national treasurer to you to submit financial records for the Reform Group is clearly reasonable, lawful and compliant both with the Constitution and the natural justice element of English Common Law. Your refusal to comply is therefore a blatant breach of the Code of Conduct.

You are, of course, entitled to appeal against your expulsion, in which case a tribunal will be appointed to hear the evidence against you and any defence you may wish to produce, in accordance both with the Party Constitution and your rights under English law.

Please note that you have 14 days in which to respond via Recorded Delivery post to the above address. Please provide an outline of your grounds for appeal in any such correspondence.

Manfred Roeder arrested at Heathrow and excluded from UK

Veteran German nationalist Manfred Roeder arrived at Heathrow Airport on a Lufthansa flight from Frankfurt at 1.25 on Sunday afternoon (Sept 16th).

He was paying a social visit to some old comrades in London.Mr Roeder, who is 78 years old and has suffered several strokes, was detained on arrival by two plain clothes officers who refused to give their names.

He was photographed seven times and fingerprinted twice.

His passport and luggage were confiscated and copies taken of his diary, address book and other documents.For more than three hours Mr Roeder was questioned under the Terrorism Actand was not allowed to contact either his German office or the British colleague waiting in the Arrivals area ofHeathrow's Terminal 2.

Eventually the police contacted this British colleague and questioned him about Mr Roeder's travel plans and political connections in the UK.At no time was there any suggestion that Mr Roeder or his British colleagues had committed (or were preparing to commit) any crime in the UK - let alone a terrorist crime.

On the formgiving "Reasons for Detention", which without deliberate irony states "detention is only used when there is no reasonable alternative available", none of the boxes giving real reasons for detention were ticked - it was claimed only that"your release is not considered conducive to the public good."

A British solicitor was put on the case and made repeated calls to Heathrow and to Paddington Green police station in an effort to ascertain Mr Roeder's whereabouts, but the authorities refused to cooperate.

The Terrorism Act documents served on Mr Roeder do not carry the names orsignatures of the arresting and interrogating officers, who are identified only as 176519 and 180813

Eventually after 6 pm (almost five hours after arriving at the airport) MrRoeder was told that despite being an EU national he was excluded from the UK on the orders of the Home Secretary.

The official notice stated that "the Secretary of State has given his (sic) personal direction that you should be refused admission to the United Kingdom on the grounds that your presence here would not be conducive to the public good on the grounds of public policy".

In an absurdity worthy of Alice in Wonderland, Mr Roeder was told that"Regulation 26" gave him the right of appeal, but "Regulation 27" dictated that he could only lodge this appeal after he had been deported.

Consequently a German national in this case is given fewer legal rights than an illegal immigrant or bogus asylum seeked from any corner of the globe, who would be allowed to remain in the country for months or years while appealing.

The final insult was that Mr Roeder was not allowed to inform his colleagues in Britain or Germany as to which flight he was being deported on, so there was no one immediately on hand to collect him back in Frankfurt.

His passport was retained by the airline staff until the plane landed in Germany, just in case this 78 year old was tempted to abscond from the plane!

A detailed appeal is now being prepared against this unjustified and inhumane action by the UK authorities.

Das von unseren Vorfahren errungene Bewusstsein, die Welt über das kritische Denken begreiflich zumachen, wird nicht gelehrt und durch ein aufgeschwätztes Konsumverhalten ersetzt. Die Geschichte unseres Volkes, das den Einzelnen in seinem Erkennungsvermögen und Identifizierungsgehalt bestimmt, wird verleumdet, versiegelt und als unwiderrufbar, offenkundig erklärt.

Jedes Vergehen, diese Geschichten auch nur kritisch zu hinterfragen, wird mit sophistischen, rhetorischen Möglichkeiten der politisch diktierten Massenmedien nieder gerungen. Es gibt keinen Weg zur Wahrheit, keinen zur Freiheit. Die Schlinge um den Hals des Deutschen Volkes zieht sich zu. Die Todesurteile von der völkerrechtswidrigen Mordveranstaltung von Nürnberg´46 galt nicht nur für einige Personen, sondern es galt dem gesamten Deutschen Volk.

Das muss nun aufhören. Das Deutsche Volk erhebt sich! Diese Fremdherrschaft gilt es nun zu brechen. Die freiwillige Unterwerfung muss nun ein Ende haben. Als im Prozess des Herrn Zündel die Anwältin Sylvia Stolz von der deutschen Auffassung Gebrauch machen wollte, dass ein Angeklagter auch nach seiner Absicht, also auch nach seinen Grund und dem Anlass seines Handelns beurteilt wird, wurde das nicht nur untersagt, sondern Sie hat sich nun auch selber dadurch strafbar gemacht. Hiermit wurde von unseren Herrschern eine Warnung ausgesprochen, nicht zu widersprechen und sich zu fügen, sonst droht Haft und Bestrafung.

Der freiheitsliebende Germane, der in den letzten Jahrtausenden immer in den Befreiungskriegen um die Freiheit siegte, wird sich auch diesmal wieder zur Wehrsetzten. Deshalb hat sich nun eine Bewegung aufgemacht, die Fremdherrschaft, die sich gerade auch an der geistigen Haltung des deutschen Menschen vergreift, aufzudecken und damit der Bevölkerung kenntlich zumachen. Hiermit ist jeder Deutsche aufgerufen, sich dieser Bewegung anzuschließen.

Unsere Absicht ist es, vom Ursprungsort der völkerrechtswidrigen Rechtssprechung in Nürnberg bis nach Mannheim eine Reihe von Veranstaltungen abzuhalten.

Wir wollen damit die Bevölkerung auf diese Unrechtssituation und die geistige Knebelung aufmerksam machen, um damit die Auflösung des deutschen Volkes zu beenden.

Wir beginnen diese Reise am 16.Oktober in Nürnberg.

The BNP's 'sacked' Press Officer Doc Edwards was indeed sacked by Nick Griffin after they clashed about BNP policy.

Griffin and his foreign side-kick and South African security service operative Arthur Kemp, are pushing for even weaker nationalist policy on race.

Iran leader: Bush will be tried

TEHRAN, Iran - President Bush will one day be tried in court just like deposed Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein for his involvement in the Iraq tragedy, Iran's supreme leader said Friday.

Speaking to thousands of worshippers during the first Friday prayer of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei said that Bush will be called to account for the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq.

"A day will come that the current U.S. president and officials will be tried in an international supreme court for the catastrophes they caused in Iraq," he said.

"Americans will have to answer for why they don't end occupation of Iraq and why waves of terrorism and insurgency have overwhelmed the country," he added. "It will not be like this forever and some day they will be stopped as happened to Hitler, Saddam and certain other European leaders."

Khamenei mocked the U.S., describing the recent congressional testimony of the top U.S. officials in Iraq as a sign of weakness and the failure of American policy in the war torn country.
"More than four years have passed since the occupation of Iraq and today everyone knows that America has failed and is frantically looking for a way out," he said.

In their testimony Gen. David Petraeus and Ambassador Ryan Crocker raised allegations — denied by Iran — of Iranian meddling in Iraq by financial and military support of militias and insurgent groups. They warned that the U.S. was already embroiled in a proxy war with the Islamic republic.

Despite U.N. sanctions and efforts to isolate Iran internationally, the country is flourishing, maintained Khamenei.

"Today we are in a better political position compared to four to five years ago," he said. "We have moved forward economically and the spiritual preparedness and happiness of our nation has improved."

"A nation like ours, without an atomic bomb and not as wealthy as these other powerful governments, has foiled a whole series of their conspiracies and forced them to give up and withdraw," he added.

The U.S. accuses Iran of secretly trying to develop nuclear weapons and has called for further international sanctions against the country. Iran denies the charge.
Iran and the U.S. have not had diplomatic relations since Washington cut its ties with Tehran after Iranian students stormed the U.S. embassy there in 1979.

Lithuania wants to grill top Israeli historian over war crimes

Lithuania wants to grill leading Israeli Holocaust historian Yitzhak Arad over his alleged role in war crimes against civilians and prisoners during World War II, a prosecutor said Tuesday. "We have despatched a request to Israeli prosecutors for legal help," prosecutor Rimvydas Valentukevicius told AFP. "We want to send Mr. Arad a notice on our suspicions and to interrogate him in the framework of a preliminary probe on his possible participation in crimes against humanity in Lithuania during the Second World War," he said.

The 81-year-old Arad, who served as the director of Yad Vashem, Israel’s Holocaust Remembrance Authority for 21 years, rejected the allegations in an interview to Poland’s Rzeczpospolita newspaper.

A probe launched in May 2006 showed that Arad, who was a member of the Soviet NKVD secret service, may have been involved in the killing of Lithuanian resistance figures at the end of World War II. Joined Communist partisansLithaunian-born Arad, who was active in the underground movement before joining the Soviet partisans to fight the Germans, has rebuffed suggestions that he was guilty of the cold-blooded murder of civilians.

"I have never killed a civilian," he said. "It could have happened during battle but I have never killed a civilian or a prisoner of war in cold blood." Arad said the allegations could be part of a vendetta campaign as he had painstakingly listed atrocities committed by Lithuanian collaborators.

But Lithuanian prosecutor Valentukevicius said suspicions against Arad are based on his own memoirs and documents provided by the Lithuanian Genocide and Resistance Research Center.

"We have many documents, which allow us to think that Arad participated in criminal activities," Valentukevicius said. Lithuania was home to some 220,000 Jews before tha war and was known as the "Jerusalem of the North."

BNP leader Nick Griffin employs thugs and hooligans to threaten nationalists to 'toe' the Griffin dictatorship. Griffin uses Tommy Williams of Sheffield, to threaten and abuse any threats that Griffin perceives.

Williams is an ex(?) drug dealer and user himself, and is very close to Griffins bodyguards.

Williams is also a guitarist who used to do 'Rock against racism' concerts.

Williams is of course, not a BNP member.

But he has helped the BNP lose many intelligent people by using his web presence of the appropriately named covert undercover nuisance tactics (CUNTS ) .

The nationalist movement ought to be rid of scum like Williams and Griffin.

A Warning for Americans (or the British): A Message from a South African

People used to say that South Africa was 20 years behind the rest of the Western world. Television, for example, came late to South Africa (but so did pornography and the gay rights movement).

Today, however, South Africa may be the grim model of the future Western world, for events in America reveals trends chillingly similar to those that destroyed our country.

America's structures are Western. Your Congress, your lobbying groups, your free speech, and the way ordinary Americans either get involved or ignore politics are peculiarly Western, not the way most of the world operates. But the fact that only about a third of Americans deem it important to vote is horrifying in light of how close you are to losing your Western character.

Writing letters to the press, manning stands at county fairs, hosting fund-raising dinners, attending rallies, setting up conferences, writing your Congressman -- that is what you know, and what you are comfortable with. Those are the political methods you've created for yourselves to keep your country on track and to ensure political accountability.

But woe to you if -- or more likely, when -- the rules change. White Americans may soon find themselves unable or unwilling to stand up to challenge the new political methods that will be the inevitable result of the ethnic metamorphosis now taking place in America. Unable to cope with the new rules of the game -- violence, mob riots, intimidation through accusations of racism, demands for proportionality based on racial numbers, and all the other social and political weapons used by the have-nots to bludgeon treasure and power from the haves -- Americans, like others before them, will no doubt cave in. They will compromise away their independence and ultimately their way of life.

That is exactly what happened in South Africa. I know, because I was there and I saw it happen.

Faced with revolution in the streets, strikes, civil unrest and the sheer terror and murder practiced by Nelson Mandela's African National Congress (ANC), the white government simply capitulated in order to achieve "peace." Westerners need peace. They need order and stability. They are builders and planners. But what we got was peace of the grave for our society.

The Third World is different -- different peoples with different pasts and different cultures. Yet Westerners continue to mistake the psychology of the Third World and its peoples. Sierra Leone and Zimbabwe are perfect examples of those mistakes. Sierra Leone is in perpetual civil war, and Zimbabwe -- once thriving, stable Rhodesia -- is looting the very people (the white men) who feed the country. Yet Westerners do not admit that the same kind of savagery could come to America when enough immigrants of the right type assert themselves. The fact is, Americans are sitting ducks for Third World exploitation of the Western conscience of compassion.

Those in the West who forced South Africa to surrender to the ANC and its leaders did not consider Africa to be the dangerous, corrupt, and savage place it is now in Zimbabwe and South Africa. Those Western politicians now have a similar problem on their own doorsteps: the demand for power and treasure from the non-Western peoples inside the realm.

It is already too late for South Africa, but not for America if enough people strengthen their spine and take on the race terrorists, the armies of the "politically correct" and, most dangerous of all, the craven politicians who believe "compassionate conservatism" will buy them a few more votes, a few more days of peace.

White South Africans, you should remember, have been in that part of Africa for the same amount of time whites have inhabited North America; yet ultimately South Africans voted for their own suicide. We are not so very different from you.

We lost our country through skillful propaganda, pressure from abroad (not least from the U.S.A.), unrelenting charges of "oppression" and "racism," and the shrewd assessment by African tyrants that the white man has many Achilles' heels, the most significant of which are his compassion, his belief in the "equality of man," and his "love your neighbor" philosophy --
none of which are part of the Third World's history.

The mainline churches played a big role in the demise of Western influence throughout Africa, too; especially in South Africa. Today's tyrants were yesterday's mission-school protégés. Many dictators in Africa were men of the cloth. They knew their clerical collars would deflect criticism and obfuscate their real aims, which had nothing whatever to do with the "brotherhood of man."

Other tyrants, like the infamous Idi Amin, were trained and schooled by the whites themselves, at Oxford, Cambridge, and Harvard. After receiving the best from the West, they unleashed a resentful bloodlust against their benefactors.

From what I have seen and read thus far, I fear Americans will capitulate just as we did. Americans are, generally, a soft lot. They don't want to quarrel or obstruct the claims of those who believe they were wronged. They like peace and quiet, and they want to compromise and be nice.

A television program aired in South Africa showed a town meeting in Southern California where people met to complain about falling standards in the schools. Whites who politely spoke at the meeting clearly resented the influx of Mexican immigrants into their community. When a handful of Chicanos at the back of the hall shouted and waved their hands at them, the whites simply shrunk back into their seats rather than tell the noisemakers to shut up. They didn't want to quarrel.

In America, the courts are still the final arbiters of society's laws. But what will happen when your future majority refuses to abide by court rulings -- as in Zimbabwe? What will happen when the courts are filled with their people, or their sympathizers? In California, Proposition 187 has already been overturned.

What will you do when the future nonwhite majority decides to change the names of streets and cities? What will you do when they no longer want to use money that carries the portraits of old, dead white "racists" and slave owners? Will you cave in, like you did on flying the Confederate flag? What about the national anthem? Your official language?

Don't laugh. When the "majority" took over in South Africa, the first targets were our national symbols.

In another generation, America may well face what Africa is now experiencing -- invasions of private land by the "have-nots;" the decline in health care quality; roads and buildings in disrepair; the banishment of your history from the education of the young; the revolutionization of your justice system.

In South Africa today, only 9 percent of murders end up in jail. Court dockets are regularly purchased and simply disappear. Magistrates can be bribed as can the prison authorities, making escapes commonplace. Vehicle and airplane licenses are regularly purchased, and forged school and university certificates are routine.

What would you think of the ritual slaughter of animals in your neighbor's backyard? How do you clean up the blood and entrails that litter your suburban streets? How do you feel about the practice of witchcraft, in which the parts of young girls and boys are needed for "medicinal" purposes? How do you react to the burning of witches?

Don't laugh. All that is quite common in South Africa today.

Don't imagine that government officials caught with their fingers in the till will be punished. Excuses -- like the need to overcome generations of white racism -- will be found to exonerate the guilty.

In fact, known criminals will be voted into office because of a racial solidarity among the majority that doesn't exist among the whites. When Ian Smith of the old Rhodesia tried to stand up to the world, white South African politicians were among the Westerners pressuring him to surrender.

When Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe murders his political opponents, ignores unfavorable court decisions, terrorizes the population and siphons off millions from the state treasury for himself and his friend, South Africa's new President Thabo Mbeki holds his hand and declares his support. That just happened a few weeks ago.

Your tax dollars will go to those who don't earn and don't pay. In South Africa, organizations that used to have access to state funds such as old age homes, the arts, and veterans' services, are simply abandoned.

What will happen is that Western structures in America will be either destroyed from without, or transformed from within, used to suit the goals of the new rulers. And they will reign either through terror, as in Zimbabwe today, or exert other corrupt pressures to obtain, or buy votes. Once power is in the hands of aliens, don't expect loyalty or devotion to principle from those whose jobs are at stake. One of the most surprising and tragic components of the disaster in South Africa is how many previously anti-ANC whites simply moved to the other side.

Once you lose social, cultural, and political dominance, there is no getting it back again.

Unfortunately, your habits and values work against you. You cannot fight terror and street mobs with letters to your Congressmen. You cannot fight accusations of racism with prayer meetings. You cannot appeal to the goodness of your fellow man when the fellow man despises you for your weakness and hacks off the arms and legs of his political opponents.
To survive, Americans must never lose the power they now enjoy to people from alien cultures. Above all, don't put yourselves to the test of fighting only when your backs are against the wall. You will probably fail.

Millions around the world want your good life. But make no mistake: They care not for the high-minded ideals of Jefferson and Washington, and your Constitution. What they want are your possessions, your power, and your status.

And they already know that their allies among you, the "human rights activists," the skillful lawyers and the left-wing politicians will fight for them, and not for you. They will exploit your compassion and your Christian charity, and your good will.

They have studied you, Mr. and Mrs. America, and they know your weaknesses well.

They know what to do. Do you?
