The Butler did it!

Word has reached us the Mr Edward Butler has been promoted to a newly created title within the BNP and that he now occupies the position of ‘National Organiser’. But, before we congratulate him on what appears to be a promotion that in political terms makes him second in command, we offer a sound word of warning.

History has shown that Mr Griffin only awards promotions and accolades to those he will readily chop 3 years from now, and such a position will put Mr Butler in the firing line of blame and the egotistical struggle of the various branches and groups the length and breadth of the country.

In light of this one is left wondering if Mr Griffin has done this on purpose to elevate Butler toward the exit door rather than to greater power, and given that Mr Griffin named Edward Butler along with the Wingfields as possible suspects for the leaking of the BNP list, the former would be far more attractive to anyone betting at Ladbrokes.

We’d like to wish Mr Edward Butler well in his new position, but something tells us that 2011 will be a year to remember in more ways than one.

I like Eddy, he's so sexy

If he was a better public speaker he could do Griffins job better than Griffin.

I like Eddy, and it would be a pity if Griffin did treat him as he has treated others. Time will tell?

I just don't understand how a commited, hard working, intelligent Racial Nationalist like Eddy Butler could fall completely under Gri££in spell? Eddy is very well respected among most people, I just hope he doesn't come a cropper? The list of Gri££in's past friends now life long enemies is endless!

An excellent choice you cant fault the man.

Yes, he certainly has a quiet charm, or put another way, I'd have his babies lol

Excellent analysis NWN, although there are other possibilities.

Butler is either being set up as a patsy as you suggest ... or as Gri££ins state controlled replacement [unlikely, simply not bright enough, sorry] ... or as a shield for someone else.

Drunk George Tenet Lashed out at Bush's Neocons:

'The Jews' who tried to 'pin the Iraq WMD fiasco on him.'

By Think Progress

Former CIA director George Tenet "drunk on scotch, flailing about Prince Bandar's Riyadh pool, screaming about the Bush Administration officials who were just then trying to pin the Iraq WMD fiasco on him." Tyler reports that Tenet also "mocked the neoconservatives in the Bush administration" as "the Jews
(I thought it was the butler)Opps

Sexy well Emma XXXXGXTX obviously thinks so, as does Eddys long suffering, long term partner but Eddy, sexy? Really?

He's a bald headed old man, sorry but he is.

And he is arrogant

You can actually, he deserted the BNP for the civic nationalism of the Freedom Party. He wants blacks in the bnp

So what, he's still sexy

Eddie Butler is not arrogant or grumpy, he is just knackered from all of the work he does for the cause.

Could it be that Griffin is listening to some saner voices these days?

Look at the new literature "racism cuts both ways"

I honestly suspect the BNP may have raised the game a notch.

I remember his now infamous email slagging off Cllr Auty during last summer's attempted leadership challenge. OK that's water under the bridge now (although I think an apology to Colin would be nice), so I guess we have to look forward not back. Everything else I've heard about Mr Butler is very positive, so let's hope he's able to construct a management team capable of moving the party forward once again.

His personal charisma is totally irrelevant, we need a good manager at the top of the party not a show business personality like Griffin. Let's just hope Mr Butler ends up being a great leader who one day will displace Mr Griffin and introduce a democratic structure to the party.

Not really, not unless your idea of the ideal man is a cross between the baldy man in the cigar commercials and the late Mike Read, without the humour. Besides bald men dont make for good party leaders anymore, not image wise - it would be a disaster, looks bad on tv. Thats why there are so few follicly challenged presenters these days.

He really would look like a "thug in a suit".

Sorry Eddie but thats how it is.

Ooooooooh jealous. I'd vote for him, I'm 19 and attractive, and I'd certainly have his babies. You guys on here are worse than bitchy women. I can't wait for him to come to our branch.

It wasn't too long ago that Butler was for leaving the party. I wonder if Emma Colgate would have went with them seeing as they are inseperable.

A fool with a record of failure in the elections department, which he topped with another miserable failure in Leicestershire yesterday, in a ward which could have been easily won if Griffin hadnt expelled the most competent organisers like Sadie

Cheeky sod, I'm a woman

Have you seen the state of some of the 'women' he has been with (and left holding the proverbial baby)?

Eddie Butler's a hardworking Nationalist, certainly more harder-working and more honest than that beer-swilling obese bastard Griffin.

Eddie had best watch his back, just in case Griffin again send in his looney clown, Lacomber the Bomber,to try and duff Eddie again.

Anonymous said...

I'll never forget canvassing with Butler and Lecomber, they told another activist he couldnt wear what was actually quite a smart leather bomber jacket because it didnt pprtray the right image even they were attired in some sort of shabby plastic pac-a-mac (Butler) and a jumper that even Giles Brandreth would have been ashamed of (Lecomber).

Added to their total lack of good dress sense, Butler seems to answer almost any comment with a question, or did at that time - one can just imagine him on Newsnight responding dismissively "is it", "does it" "was it" everytime. He is no good at public speaking and his confused love life would get us bad press.

Full of their own self importance, the pair of them. Leadership material? Not a chance.

Butlet was one of those who helped NGs leadership campaign to oust Tyndall and 'modrenise' the BNP.

Consequently wouldnt of thought a blog dedicated to Tyndall style nationalism would have too many good words for him. Especially as his idea of 'modernisation' included a brief spell with the even more liberal Freedom party although his more recent idea of an internal election was actually far from democratic and certainly not along the lines that the JT/NG contest took place under.

Wrong person to champion
