Arrests in Nottingham over BNP list

Arrests in Nottingham over BNP list

Published Date: 05 December 2008
POLICE investigating the leak of the BNP membership list arrested two people in Brinsley last night.

Notts police worked with Dyfed-Powys police in Wales, who are in charge of the investigation.A Dyfed-Powys police spokesperson said:"We can confirm that last night Nottinghamshire Police arrested two people as part of a joint investigation with Dyfed Powys Police and the Information Commissioner's Office in conjunction with alleged criminal offences under the Data Protection Act."The arrests followed an investigation into a complaint received about the unauthorised release of the BNP party membership list."Thousands of members of the BNP had their confidential details leaked on the internet last month. The document gave the party's entire membership list for 2007 - names, addresses, jobs, phone numbers - and in some cases, even the names of members' children. While officers were searching the house they also came across a suspicious item and had to call out their bomb disposal team. The item was decalred safe and no further action was needed.

Mmmmm, looks like Griffin is fingering his enemies. I wonder when they're coming for me...

really didnt think it was them

Mmmmm, looks like the enemies of British Nationalism are going to get their comeuppance. About time to considering the hurt they have caused to ordinary BNP members.

I don't believe that Sadie would jeapordise her court case.

If Griffin has pointed the finger at people he believes are culprits then they will arrest ALL those that Griffin has named. People should wait untill a judge and jury decide instead of accusing. No wonder Griffin so easily milks the members, look at how gullible you are behaving.

Dr Chris Hill said...

That membership list has 2008 details on it, how could it have been obtained by anyone expelled in Dec 2007?

Ask yourselves who had the most to gain from this, certainly not any of the six members expelled in December last year. consider the following points:

Griffin accuses Kenny Smith or Cllr Sadie Graham of leaking the party’s membership list, knowing they are in effect gagged (by the upcoming court case), and cannot reply to such allegations without risking the wroth of their own solicitor.

But the facts are clear; neither Sadie nor Kenny had anything to gain by this action, but as sure as hell Griffin did.

1. He can go to the membership and say: look folks I was right to spend all this money taking those Rebels to court, even though 'we' lost, because this would have been far worse if I hadn't.

2. He can try to persuade the court that there has been a blatant breach of a court injunction by the defendants (not the correct legal term I know).

3. He gets a large input of sympathy donations and some excellent publicity as well.

4. The public are put off joining the party, in case names are leaked again, but will vote for us again in many cases out of sympathy and fair play. ie. it increases his chance of winning 'his' EU seat next May.

5.The party membership stays at a level he can easily control, ie. around the current 6-7000 mark.

So who has the most to gain by this leak, work it out for yourselves, I have.

Who knows.

Would you use your own internet connection, so logging the IP address?

Or is it just a fishing expedition based on the allegations?

Since when did the police do Griffins bidding, jesus some people on here are so blind to the truth, even if Sadie is found guilty in a court of law they will say it's a state conspiracy or some other crap like that.

I've just heard that Sadie Graham has been released WITHOUT CHARGE

Now then, how many more will Griffin have arrested?

Never heard so much rubbish in my life.

People need to remember one very important fact before they find anyone guilty, and it is this:

The list that was uploaded in November was a mail merge of not one, but 5 lists.

1, Membership list
2, The skills list
3, The Donor list
4, The subscriptions list
5, The Excalibur purchase list

The last 3 lists are only held by a handful of people, and they are

Nick Griffin
John Walker
Mark Collett
Dave Hannam

So, it could NOT have been Sadie Graham.

Dr Chris Hill said...

People should ask themselves: ‘why did the list not have membership dates on it?’

Any local organiser will tell you that membership lists include dates of membership, and often include names of people who have not been members for 3 or 4 years. Many people on our membership lists are members for 1 year only and don't rejoin after that year. That has always been a big problem. This revolving door membership, had it have been released, would have shown a membership of between 6-7000, not the almost 10,000 Griffin claims.

All that along with the fact the list has entries, made as late as July 2008, on it clear Sadie and Kenny completely, but put Griffin is well in the frame for this one!

It's telling that the two have been released without charge. I would guess it was a technical arrest based on "information received" and no doubt they answered all the question correctly.

Let's not forget - Sadie's computer was in the possession of NG & Co for an uncomfortably long period of time. I'm sure it didn't just gather dust.

Sadie and Matt Single have been released by Notts police from Eastwood nick without charge, mobile phones and computers seized have been returned.

It's becoming clear they were set up by Reds or others to scupper the Court case Griffin and his side-kick Darby have against the so-called Decemberist "rebels".

A total sham and every BNP member, supporter and possible voter needs to know what that tosser from Wales is capable of.

Yes, it was, and don't forget that Griffin knows all the people capable of forging ISP's. Who is to say that Griffin didn't use Sadie's stolen ISP password to upload the list to the Internet?

Griffin is a devious bastard, and if he's fucking the police around to save a few grand in a court case, then the cunt deserves to be locked up.

Anonymous said...

I just found this on LUAF. It's so plausible that I think we should demand the PC be siezed and inspected by the police.
---------

BNP watchers will recall that a certain person's PC was stolen along with other items of personal property by Reynolds and his fellow thugs last December from the home of a certain person living in Brinsley. Now you dont have to be a genius to know that that computer would have contained the settings for connecting to the ISP. Hook that particular PC up to a telephone line and any internet activity would be traced back to that PC and that ACCOUNT HOLDER! Griffin and Co never handed the PC back to its rightful owner - wonder why? Must be all sorts of gifts on that hard drive for someone to sift through.

Why would two people who are battling Gri££In in court jeopardise that court action and risk contempt of court which carries a 2 year prison sentence and unlimited fines? Who gains? Only one answer and its not in Notts but on a pig farm 120 miles away.

I bet the one eyed porker is stroking his white pussy cat right now and saying "another good job done. That will muddy the waters and stop those pesky kids winning in court".

Have a look at what Denise has posted on Norfolk Unity

http://norfolkunity.blogspot.com/

I like good comedy even when the jokes on us.

Sadie and Matt were released without charge. It was routine questining done under caution as part of inquiries. That's all.

It was bound to happen but it doesn't mean they're in the frame, just that they probably know who is.

Gri££in is behind all this! He thinks the naive members will think very badly of Sadie & Matt after this and blacken their names in racial nationalist circles, even setting the poor couple up for 'reprisals' but the one eye piece of shit is wrong. Every good racial nationalist should be behind this courageous couple!
This is a prime example of what happens to good people if they cross swords with Gri££in and his state NWO masters!

“chris hill your talking bollocks im on the list and ive been a member for over 5 years and i know several others on the list who are long standing members but none of our new members are on the list you knob head”

I say:

I don’t see your point, I was on the list and I have 10 years of continues membership, but what exactly does that prove?

As for your comments that new members do not appear on the list, again what does that prove? Anyone wanting to make a list look like it originated in Nov 2007 would remove new member’s names before publishing it. And yes I know the opposite could also be true, anyone wanting to make a Nov 2007 list look like a 2008 document could add comments with a 2008 date. So: so far we’re even.

But look at those comments and you’ll see that are the sort of thing that would get overlooked by someone wanting to remove new members. In a list of 12,800 names (unless you were very computer smart) it would be almost impossible to remove all the incriminating comments, and that is exactly what we find with this list, just the odd 2008 comment. Removing the names of new 2008 member’s names would be a snip even to a semi competent editor.

The last question I have for you is: ‘why were the years of membership removed, and is the answer because it would show our membership to be nearer 6000 than the 10000 claimed by Griffin?

Anyway you may think I’m a ‘Knob head’ and OK you’re entitled to your opinion, but everyone can see you’re spineless because you’re unwilling to put your name to your post.

griffin/darby try and fail to get solid nationalists charged with a leak that they orchestrated

I know you’re tired of me saying it, but I won’t stop until you realise the BNP is owned and run by the state.

Griffin took BNP membership money to put an extension on his Welsh cottage

Griffin instructed treasurers to shred copies of cheques and financial documents

Griffin operates the Trafalgar Club as a private slush fund. No one knows how much money is really in that account, or how much cash the BNP is given that it never declares

Griffin instructed illegally paid thugs to enter a private property and steal another’s possessions

Griffins BNP puts cheques through companies that don’t exist. They were opened for the bank accounts and then shut down. Those bank accounts are still in operation, but the businesses no longer exist

Collett and Hannam attempt sex with school girls

Lecomber is instructed by Griffin to get Owens to murder elected government ministers

And not once have the police asked questions or decided to become involved, but they arrest Sadie Graham on Griffins whim because he’s afraid of losing thousands in a court case. Is anyone listening?

Anonymous said...

I have a lot of loose ends to say about all this but I am saying, writing and doing more or less nothing political until after the Euro elections.

I would support Sadie Graham politically even if it turned out that she had put the membership list online. It is not Sadie Graham’s fault that BNP members are now considered as social lepers. That sort of thing is the fault of that pathetic Welsh cretin. And anyway there is now an interesting mailing list in the public domain.

I doubt very much that it was Sadie Graham who put the list online. In my opinion the most likely people to have done so are Nick Griffin and Simon Darby. When neurotic halfwits think nothing much is happening, they have absolutely no inhibitions about doing things that are self destructive, counter productive or whatever.

I agree that the Nottingham arrests are probably a matter of the police going through the motions. I have not got The Times quote to hand, but apparently Simon Darby said there would not be much chance of finding the culprits, if they had put the list online in a fairly computer literate way. That suggests to me, inside information about how the list was put online.

I don’t agree that there is much civil liability involved with the membership list going online. Why should membership of the BNP be so disgraceful that substantial pecuniary damages might be involved? Keine Ruhe.

It is interesting, if Griffin and Darby are up to the things that people allege why do the authorities do not bring them down to stop the show.

Also where they live is known, but they never seem to have any problems with the Muslim community or the hard Left.

Please read this Cohen article that was published in October, it answers a lot of questions. Searchlight met up with Home Office Civil Servants in high level talks about the BNP threat. I'm sure Searchlight was behind the membership leak, they have a mole high up in the BNP, and it wasn't Sadie Graham.

DEATH THREATS & SACK FOR 'OUTED' BNP SUPPORTERS

Daily Star

20th November 2008 by Gary Nicks

BNP chairman Nick Griffin blamed Labour supporters for the leak.

But a police informant who had infiltrated the party said it was the work of MI5.

The covert operative told us security chiefs ordered the leak to halt the party’s rise in power.

He said Combat 18 splinter groups within the BNP are hellbent on violence against Muslims, prompting spooks to take action.

BNP insiders fear the leak will blow apart their efforts to enlist more Brits. But many serving members said it was time the nation faced up to the threat posed by mass immigration.

BNP deputy leader Simon Darby said: “If we find out who published this list, it will turn out to be one of the most foolish things they have done in their life. I wouldn’t want to have done that – I wouldn’t be sleeping very well tonight.”

These aren't necessarily mutually exclusive events. Darby (with Griffin's blessing/compliance) obviously facilitated the movement of this info to the Labour supporters.

BNP deputy leader Simon Darby said: “If we find out who published this list, it will turn out to be one of the most foolish things they have done in their life. I wouldn’t want to have done that – I wouldn’t be sleeping very well tonight.”

Do they call that a double bluff or something ? I believe he's the only one I've heard express that sentiment. Why even "imagine" you're the one to leak and anticipate what it would be like to experience sleepless nights etc ?

Why would a police informant want to admit to it being MI5?

Isn't it a veiled threat rather than admittance of guilt?

I wonder how many new members would encourage young lads to strip asbestos roofing from their welshpool barn without any protection to save a few quid? Would they afterwards charge comrades for cans of out of date pop which had been donated f.o.c.
That is not the behavior of a Gentile.
