Don't forget, it's that time of year again, when we pay our respects to the fallen, and to those who served and continue to serve.

Please be as generous as you can for your poppy.

You could even volunteer in the Royal British Legions efforts to sell poppies.

On Remembrance Sunday, make an effort to attend a service at your local cenotaph.
