Did Nick Griffin leak the list?

An interesting article from the NY Times and whispers emanating from ex and current BNP members would suggest he has.

The party list was easily obtained at another site that revels in publishing secrets online, cryptome.org. The man who operates cryptome.org, John Young, wrote that as of Thursday, he had 2,000 to 3,000 downloads of the party list file. Asked if he had any limits on what personal material he would publish, Mr. Young wrote that his site focused on addresses, e-mail addresses and phone numbers “of public, mostly government, figures, and spies especially” — but usually not Social Security numbers.
Mr. Young argued that organizations like the British National Party often leak such material to get sympathy and show that their membership is full of regular people.
“I would guess the B.N.P. leak at 80 percent orchestrated,” he wrote. “The Brits are experts at this, perhaps the best.”
And true to that theory, the leader of the party, Nick Griffin, was quoted as saying that one good thing from the list’s being leaked was that it proved that the stereotype of his supporter as “a skinhead oik” was not true.

NWN:
Readers will note the outcome from one of the outed as being the desired effect that Griffin was seeking.

“I think I will feel better as time goes on,” he said. “I am not losing sleep over it. I am just one of 12,000 people.”

Just like everything else BNP members get hit with, their outrage dissipates after a few days. Griffin knows this, its why he can get away with murder.

How many other organisations treat their membership so intolerably and get away with it? They don’t, because memberships of other organisations seek justice, while the BNP members are happy to stand by and watch their very own comrades shit on from great heights. This begs 3 questions

1) They truly are as thick as Griffin thinks they are
2) They are terrified to voice an opinion in the very organisation to which they belong, hence their posting on Stormfront rather than the BNP forum
3) They just don’t give a shit, and if that is the case, BNP members and activists should cease wasting their time on a BNP that doesn’t have its interests at heart

But he isn't one of 12,000
The published BNP list contains names of everyone who has ever had anything to do with the BNP. 12,000 names over 25yrs

Cant see it being leaked by a disgruntled employee as their colleagues, and even themselves, may be on it. It also wouldnt actually hurt the leadership who revel in the exposure saying its great publicity but it would hurt the members who this digruntled person or persons will want to court for any future leadership bid. The disgruntled former member theory doesnt stand up.

Therefore it more and more points to Gri$$in and Derby et al. The only thing I cannot understand is the timing. If it is to aid their euro election push would they not have released it nearer the date?

Griffin has threatened legal action and members should be looking to him and the other leaders for some challenge if not just to save their privacy but to show the bnp is not a toothless tiger and Gri$$in is not full of hot air, empty promises and idle threats.

An organisations membership has to be its most prozed assett, the BNP should be demanding Gri$$ins resignation, especially if he does nothing but spout.

Money where your mouth is timje, Gri$$o

Griffin relies on cheap stunts for publicity.

Wearing a free speech t-shirt in Oldham

Assault rifles for all

Griffin accuses Kenny Smith or Cllr Sadie Graham of leaking the list. Now he knows they are in effect gagged (by the upcoming court case), and cannot reply to such allegations without risking the wroth of their own solicitor.

But the facts are clear neither Sadie nor Kenny had anything to gain by this action, but as sure as hell Griffin did.

1. He can go to the membership and say: look folks I was right to spend all this money taking those Rebels to court, even though 'we' lost, because this would have been far worse if I hadn't.

2. He can try to persuade the court that there has been a blatant breach of a court injunction by the defendants (not the correct legal term I know).

3. He gets a large input of sympathy donations and some excellent publicity as well.

4. The public are put off joining the party, in case names are leaked again, but will vote for us again in many cases out of sympathy and fair play. ie. it increases his chance of winning 'his' EU seat next May.

5.The party membership stays at a level he can easily control, ie. around the current 6-7000 mark.

So who has the most to gain by this leak, work it out for yourselves, I have.

Because the BNP is bankrupt and needs the money NOW

Please view this Channel 4 news report from Wednesday (19th Nov) evening, just observe Gri££in's reaction when asked by the Asian news reporter if he leaked the membership list himself. I'm no expert on body lanaguge but Gri££in mannerisms appear very false to me. I hope somebody with knowledge on this subject could give an educated opinion?

Did he do anything about the Guardian leak? No, because he was behind it.

Very interesting anon. Also interesting that like most liars, it took Griffin 7 seconds to gain his composure and answer the question :)

Griffin is guilty

Nick Griffin caught in the headlights ?

I couldn't watch any further after his "we are a democratic party and have an annual election for leader crap.

I wonder what Chris Jackson thinks about that one after being denied any electioneering at all, in his stand for the BNP leadership ?

Anonymous said...

Do the BNP have any by elections this week? It will be interesting to see if the publicity pushes the vote up.

Anonymous said...

Whether or not Gri££in is guilty of leaking the list, it certainly looked like the Asian guy interviewing him thought this the most likely explanation!

Anonymous said...

Members should be asking the police to investigate. Google should hand over all the activity on that account as a matter of urgency. Peoples lives were put at risk.

Anonymous said...

I have a question to ask.

What would BNP members do if Griffin was guilty?

Anonymous said...

"

Good point. The question is asked towards the end.

Griffin momentarily looks down and partially closes his eyes. An indication of lying.

Darby/Griffin could have at least have had the decency to remove the children's names from the list.

I've just watched that channel 4 video clip on YouTube, and this is what Griffin does best, I don't agree that he gave any indications at all that he was lying. He's a very charismatic personality, all good con men have to be.

I don't know who released the list, but I do know Griffin has the most to gain from it.

A couple of older members have told me that this was the final straw - regardless of the leak source - they won't renew. The younger chaps seem more "gung ho" and are enthused by the excitement.
Just because Mr G is in a financial corner does not mean he leaked it.
I doubt if the expelled members did it - as the timing is wrong.

All roads always lead back to Griffin.
Even if he were not behind this leak, any honourable leader would fall on his sword.
Well he has no honour but we all know that anyway.
He could even be in cahoots with that arch weasel Collett.
Collett relishes trouble and as he knows all the BNP members hate him, he would really get his rocks off on causing all this mayhem.
Who posted those pics of Reynolds et al? Gruesome though they were someone stuck them on the internet.
Could that have been Collett and his squirmy little oinky sidekick Hannam?

So Griffin and Collett...all cosied up and squealing in ecstasy at the mayhem caused.
Mind you Griffin will not have dirtied his hands by doing this personally.
There are plenty who would route it half way round the world for him.

Oh and how about that nasty piece of work Arthur Kemp?
Would you trust him?
I wouldn't.
Lee Barnes?
He loves outing nationalists.

"A couple of older members have told me that this was the final straw - regardless of the leak source - they won't renew."

Well anon, I didnt renew and haven been a member for almost a year now as I was already dubious about not just Griffin but the entire leadership and all the acromony it engenders, yet my names still appears on the list, unlike some people it has not made me any keener on renewing. If the bnp cannot secure its membership list how can it secure the country

Anonymous said...

at the VERY least every person on the list should get a letter of apology from the national chairman.

After all I am not a member yet he still writes to me for money on a regular basis with bnp fund raising scheme ideas.

And my name is on the list.

If Im good enough for begging letters Im good enough for an apology for leaking my name and details, if nothing else at least to show some remorse for the carelessness the leadership is guilty of. If no one gets a letter it shows the contempt the bnp hierarchy has for the people who it is supposed to care about the most, its members.

The leadership will show it doesnt even think they are worth the price of a stamp.

Nick Gri££in seems to have adopted many of Tony Blair’s style of political posturing his use of spin, his political scheming to remain in charge and the use of self publicising are but a few examples. He has also used many other underhand tactics in his recent years on the Nationalist scene. He betrayed John Tyndall and went behind his back using others to belittle the man whilst promoting himself as a radical new leader (a little help came from the media in this), he slanders and ousts anyone who gets close to promoting themselves as an alternative leader, his use of the BNP security team against Sadie Graham and his use of ‘attack dogs’ from the pits of the Right wing scene to do his bidding are examples of this. He has further shown himself to be a shallow and materialistic opportunist by showing his driving force to be money and power for himself as opposed to saving the country. His pursuit of the money is shown by his latest campaign for election to the European Parliament’s gravy train as opposed to gaining real power and influence in the country’s future by gaining control of a council or having the first BNP MP.

One of the tricks of the New Political elite has been the use of leaks to act as a litmus test for new ideas, to remove political opponents or for the use of publicity. Gri££in has shown himself to be capable of most things and the obvious culprit of the leak of the member ship list is Nick Gri££in himself. His reaction to the leak was not one of outrage and demands of finding the source of the leak but an attempt to laugh it of and capitalise on the publicity. If guilty Gri££in must have friends in high places if he thought he could get away with this and this is supported by the easy ride he got from the media (again) and his quickness to blame the December rebels who although politically naive have not displayed the political scheming and contempt for the rank and file BNP members as he has. He surrounds himself with dubious but obedient characters such as Kemp, Collett and Derby, whilst sacking or sidelining decent capable Nationalists and his whole actions are one of a man who is happy to keep the BNP as a small but financially rewarding Party which will never become a threat to the Establishment.

This leak’s aim was to capitalise on the publicity, but at the same time limit the number of members who may flock to the party when the recessions start to bite. Who benefits?? Not the ordinary member or the country, but Gri££in and the Establishment

Why would Williams have a fake address? What has one of Griffins ignorant attack dogs got to hide?, is it something to do with involvement of the running of the Zionist C.U.N.T.S. blog?, the fact that he threatens nationalist women? Was he involved in the membership leak?, more questions that need answering.

Anonymous said...

Perhaps if T.Williams address is fake, whoever leaked the list changed his address to protect him or did he change the list himself?
Dave Howard was quick to blame others on S.F. wasn't he?
These two characters are known troublecausers, hence their permenant S.F. bans.

Let's not forget that these two characters are known Griffinite thugs, it all leads back to Nick.

The peoples defence fund now on the bnp website, "donate as much as you can for legal challenges":

What about using some of it for the pensioners who had their property daubed in Glocestershire? or the landscape gardener who has lost his job?

Or will it all go on Griffins pet projects and not the victims, so much for the members being the party.

I wont be sending a single penny till I get some sort of apology from Griffin, Darby, Wingfield or any of the others.

Its a big enough risk leafletting for this party, yet we all do it, but to have our details splashed across the internet is sheer incompetence at the highest level. If they cant protect our names how can we rely on them to look after our money. Theyve proved they are incapable of resposnibility.

Keep it in your pockets, you might need it if you lose your job or get your house or property vandalised.

i think maybe you should shut this blog down its become just a place for bitter and twisted ex nationalists .its just a slagging off griffin shop we all know it was the voice of change traitors who leaked the list .its the same list they used to send all the members the crap fake bnp bullitin last year.but they did us a favour it will bring the party closer together and will strengthen nicks position as our chairman which is great.as for chris jackson he never ever had a chance of winning .i signed his nomination paper but still voted for nick griffin .since the leak we have had twice as many people out leafleting so it has had the opposite effect than what the traitors wished for.

Anonymous said...

Does anon who renewed his membership believe Griffin will lead us all to victory? Will be removed? What is his rationale?

Anonymous said...

Riaz Sobrany of Dissident Congress wrote that there is a strong parallel between Nick Gri££in and Tony Blair several years ago.

I think it was on the CDA QuickTopic forum.

The answer is yes, and this is why.

"The publicity about the high quality of our membership has massively improved our image. As a direct result we had more than 100,000 visitors to our website in one 24-hour peak period, and estimate many times more than that amount never managed to get through due to the demand on our servers. Those that did succeed in getting through read nearly two thirds of a million pages. This was double the previous record, which was set when we made our huge London Assembly breakthrough earlier this year."

Ah yes a few more councillors maybe an MEP. A million miles from power. But it will look good enough to keep the naive imagining they not pawns in a game.

The suspicion that Gri££in was lying judging from his body language has made its way to a discussion forum about Asperger syndrome.

Gri££in is definitely neurotypical so should exhibit "conventional" body language.

The same article includes a comment that the police will come up against the MI5/special branch/masonic handshake if they try and investigate Darby.
