'Whitewash' - Greville Janner trial judge well known to nationalists

A quick search of this blog will reveal why Justice Openshaw is the wrong Judge to oversee this case.


Stephen McLaughlin was murdered in Preston in November 1997 and was a terrible example of the failure of the multi-racial experiment, and the Trial of his killers was an even worse example of a grotesque perversion of Justice. Stephen was 20 years old, with a steady girlfriend who was pregnant with their second child when he was murdered.
11 of his attackers were charged with his murder............The Judge and Prosecution decided that a lengthy murder trial would exacerbate and serve to inflame racial tension in Preston .
As a result, the Crown had decided to drop all eleven Murder charges against the 11 Asians.
No doubt young people in Preston still remember Stephen McLaughlin - the man who was murdered by a large gang of Asian men - but who received no Justice in our fair Land !
We have all heard of Stephen Lawrence - but a white Preston lad Stephen McLaughlin, is unknown.

Judge Peter Openshaw was the judge in the above appalling case.

When the riots 'kicked-off' in Burnley in 2001 Judge Openshaw freed asian rioters but hammered white rioters with large jail sentences.

In his judgement Openshaw opined ; 
"A clear message must go out that anyone who targets vulnerable minorities will receive punishment." 


SENTENCES totalling more than 56 years were imposed on 26 white rioters by a judge who told them they had left a "community scarred and battered" by their actions.
Recorder of Preston Judge Peter Openshaw QC said the disturbances which rocked Burnley last summer had "damaged the whole fabric of the community".
He added: "All sections of the public have been caused to fear for their safety. Their confidence and security have been undermined.
"The sentences passed for these outrages must mark public disgust at what has happened on their streets.
"A clear message must go out that anyone who targets vulnerable minorities will receive punishment."

A Holocaust survivor who experienced flashbacks to his war ordeal after he was jailed for his part in a £6.9million money laundering operation was freed as an 'act of mercy'.
Since being incarcerated five weeks ago, 76-year-old Mendel Rand, originally from Poland, had relived daily the trauma of being kept hidden from the Nazis in horrible conditions as a boy, the Court of Appeal heard.
Mr Justice Openshaw accepted that 'the wretched old man' had suffered enough punishment for his involvement in the crime which had brought shame to his family and disgraced him in the eyes of his strict community of Hasidic Jews.
"The resultant shame will no doubt bring a heavy burden for him to carry for the rest of his life," said the judge. "We think, as an act of mercy, he should be allowed to go free".

At Sheffield Crown Court in 2010 handed out the maximum sentence he could on a man for making remarks about a jewish judge there;

"Mr Justice Openshaw, at the Sheffield court, imposed the maximum sentence" ...............on a man who made anti-jewish comments to himself.

A man who made antisemitic remarks about a Jewish judge who had ruled against him has been given a 12-month suspended prison sentence and fined nearly £2,000.
Gregory Hughes, who owned a tattoo business in Sheffield, admitted to making a number of derogatory comments about District Judge Charles Khan's Jewishness and position as
a judge.
He made the remarks during Judge Khan's ruling after losing civil proceedings against Nicholas Keddey on March 10 this year at Sheffield County Court.
The judge, apparently, did not hear what had been said. But the comments were heard by the court's usher, who then reported them, and a formal complaint was made.
The court usher described the words as "insulting, racist and abusive".
Court records state that Hughes called Mr Recorder Khan a "Jewish bastard, c***, f****** Jew", while the judge was ruling on the civil case.
Last Monday (July 5), Mr Hughes was found in contempt of court under the County Courts Act for wilfully insulting a judge.
Mr Justice Openshaw, at the Sheffield court, imposed the maximum sentence of one month, suspended for a year, and ordered the defendant to pay costs assessed at £1,994.29.

It is also strongly rumoured that Peter Openshaw is himself jewish .

Justice William Openshaw is Justice Peter Openshaws father.

Judge William Openshaw was strongly rumoured to be jewish and was known as 'Openshut' and 'threes and fives' by Prison Officers at Manchester Crown Court in the 1970's. They were references to his often harsh sentences and the brusque manner he handed them out .   This upset so many, that one of them, many years later, murdered him at his home in 1981. 

Openshaw's whole sentencing record mirrors the direction that Greville Janner has made his life's work and Janners father before him. Janner would be proud of the work that Openshaw does. The networking that these people in the law profession commit would ensure that Janner probably already knows Justice Openshaw ?  We would argue that Janner and Openshaw work towards the same agenda . The zionist agenda.

TRIAL JUDGE’S SUMMING UP

• Background to Summing up

We now know that prosecuting counsel, Peter Openshaw QC, held a secret meeting with the trial judge, Mr Justice Sachs, on 1st December 1994. (NWN: our emphasis).

 This was during the final prosecution and defence speeches but before the judge’s summing up. There is no mention of this meeting on the court log and HM Court Service has confirmed that it did not adhere to the protocol of the time. The defence had no knowledge of it until 2006 when Peter Openshaw mentioned it in a statement he made in relation to Thomas’s leave to appeal hearing. In this same statement he denied that there was any increase in security after he told Sachs that Thomas was responsible for bringing a gun into HMP Manchester. 

 In Openshaws statement  http://www.justiceforthomasbourke.com/statement.htm  for the leave to appeal hearing, he states that he may have been accompanied in this meeting by one of the investigating police officers to verify the information he gave to Sachs.  We are now able to prove, and it has been accepted by the Court of Appeal, that Openshaw’s report to the judge was nothing but a pack of lies, albeit that he may have been duped into making such a report.

One would think that as a matter of honesty and fairness, Openshaw and Sachs should have informed Thomas’s counsel, Mr Richard Ferguson QC and Thomas himself, that there was information that it was being alleged that the gun was for Thomas.  Had the prosecutor and judge passed this information on to the defence, then Thomas and his team would have demanded that the trial be stopped and that a police investigation be conducted into the matter by an outside force.  Had the defence been given this opportunity, Thomas would have been able to have a new and fair trial at a different venue.  And an official investigation into those conspiring to falsely incriminate Thomas, - the drug dealers, their customs handler and his bosses – would have led to arrests and charges in relation to a conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.

The integrity of the trial was destroyed from the moment that Openshaw gave Sachs this false information in secret.   This meeting, which is not even noted on the court log, has resulted in the most terrible miscarriage of justice.

Sachs’ judgement, and his summing up, were skewed and contaminated by the false premise that Thomas was, in some way, linked to the gun in Strangeways.  We have no way of knowing whether or not Openshaw and Sachs discussed any other aspect of the case.
