It's all about race now !
By Patrick J. Buchanan
If it had been a white teenager who was shot, and a 28-year-old black guy who shot him, the black guy would have been arrested.
So assert those demanding the arrest of George Zimmerman, who shot and killed Trayvon Martin.
And they may be right.
Yet if Trayvon had been shot dead by a black neighborhood watch volunteer, Jesse Jackson would not have been in a pulpit in Sanford, Fla., howling that he had been “murdered and martyred.”
Maxine Waters would not be screaming “hate crime.”
Rep. Hank Johnson would not be raging that Trayvon had been “executed.” And ex-Black Panther Bobby Rush would not have been wearing a hoodie in the well of the House.
Which tells you what this whipped-up hysteria is all about.
It is not about finding the truth about what happened that night in Sanford when Zimmerman followed Trayvon in his SUV, and the two wound up in a fight, with Trayvon dead.
It is about the exacerbation of and the exploitation of racial conflict.
And it is about an irreconcilable conflict of visions about what the real America is in the year 2012.
Zimmerman “profiled” Trayvon, we are told. And perhaps he did.
But why? What did George Zimmerman, self-styled protector of his gated community, see that night from the wheel of his SUV?
He saw a male. And males are 90 percent of prison inmates. He saw a stranger over 6 feet tall. And he saw a black man or youth with a hood over his head.
Why would this raise Zimmerman’s antennae?
Perhaps because black males between 16 and 36, though only 2 to 3 percent of the population, are responsible for a third of all our crimes.
In some cities, 40 percent of all black males are in jail or prison, on probation or parole, or have criminal records. This is not a product of white racism but of prosecutions and convictions of criminal acts.
Had Zimmerman seen a black woman or older man in his neighborhood, he likely would never have tensed up or called in.
For all the abuse he has received, Geraldo Rivera had a point.
Whenever cable TV runs hidden-camera footage of a liquor or convenience store being held up and someone behind the counter being shot, the perp is often a black male wearing a hoodie.
Listening to the heated rhetoric coming from demonstrations around the country, from the Black Caucus and TV talkers — about how America is a terrifying place for young black males to grow up in because of the constant danger from white vigilantes — one wonders what country of the mind these people are living in.
The real America is a country where the black crime rate is seven times as high as the white rate. It is a country where white criminals choose black victims in 3 percent of their crimes, but black criminals choose white victims in 45 percent of their crimes.
Black journalists point to the racism manifest even in progressive cities, where cabs deliberately pass them by to pick up white folks down the block.
That this happens is undeniable. But, again, what is behind it?
As Heather Mac Donald of the Manhattan Institute has written, from January to June 2008 in New York City, 83 percent of all identified gun assailants were black and 15 percent were Hispanics.
Together, blacks and Hispanics accounted for 98 percent of gun assaults.
Translated: If a cabdriver is going to be mugged or murdered in New York City by a fare, 49 times out of 50 his assailant or killer will be black or Hispanic.
Fernando Mateo of the New York State Federation of Taxi Drivers has told his drivers, “Profile your passengers” for your own protection. “The God’s honest truth is that 99 percent of the people that are robbing, stealing, killing these guys are blacks and Hispanics.”
Fernando Mateo is himself black and Hispanic.
To much of America’s black leadership and its media auxiliaries, what happened in Sanford was, as Jesse put it, that an innocent kid was “shot down in cold blood by a vigilante.”
Yet, from police reports, witness statements, and the father and friends of Zimmerman, another picture emerges.
Zimmerman followed Trayvon, confronted him, and was punched in the nose, knocked flat on his back and jumped on, getting his head pounded, when he pulled his gun and fired. That Trayvon’s body was found face down, not face up, would tend to support this.
But, to Florida Congresswoman Federica Wilson, “this sweet young boy … was hunted down like a dog, shot on the street, and his killer is still at large.”
Some Sanford police believed Zimmerman; others did not.
But now that it is being investigated by a special prosecutor, the FBI, the Justice Department and a coming grand jury, what is the purpose of this venomous portrayal of George Zimmerman?
As yet convicted of no crime, he is being crucified in the arena of public opinion as a hate-crime monster and murderer.
Is this our idea of justice?
No. But if the purpose here is to turn this into a national black-white face-off, instead of a mutual search for truth and justice, it is succeeding marvelously well.

Have a look over at our small forum.
Just like this website/blog, we aren't fans of the mess Nick Griffin has made of the BNP and British nationalism. We aren't big fans of the EDL, due to their pro zionist stance either. But some of the other new groups such as the 'Infidels' do show some potential.
British nationalism needs some sense of direction which is sadly lacking at the moment.
Ideas need to be discussed and thrashed out. So why not join and 'throw your views into the ring' so to speak ?

Blackburn council given £200k to tackle extremism
BLACKBURN will be given a six-figure windfall to help the area deal with right wing extremism.
The council has been chosen to lead the way with tackling community integration issues following its response to the English Defence League protest last April.
Council leader Kate Hollern welcomed the funding boost to tackle ‘the menace’ of the EDL and far-right organisations.
The high-profile 2011 demo was Lancashire Police’s biggest ever operation, but passed off without major incident.
EDL leader Tommy Robinson was later convicted of headbutting one of his own group during a flashpoint, but violence between rival protesters was minimal, as was damage to the town.
Along with Luton, which has a strong far-right presence, Blackburn with Darwen Council has been allocated more than £200,000 to counter community divisions.
The cash, from the Government’s Department for Communities and Local Government, will be spent on community projects to encourage integration.
It will build on work done by the council, police and partners around the EDL demo, which included events to keep teenagers out of the town centre and involved in positive activity. Community groups looking to start up cohesion projects will be able to bid for money.

The rise in prominence of far right extremist groups such as the EDL has increased tensions in East Lancashire towns with strong Muslim communities.
It has led to officers running the ground-breaking counter-terrorism programme Channel to redraft guidance to take into account the growing threat.
Parents, teachers, community leaders and police officers are now referring children and young adults who they feel may be at risk of being radicalised by groups such as the English Defence League.
Coun Hollern said: “We are delighted that the Government has asked BwD to lead a national special interest group of councils on integration and cohesion, working closely with Luton Borough Council.
“In particular this reflects our hard work with local people and local partners on tackling the continuing menace of the EDL and other extreme far right groups.
“The country faces many risks on extremism and this project recognises these risks are not just from one community, and that BwD is a leading council in providing solutions on the ground.”
http://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/news/blackburndarwenhyndburnribble/9544276.Blackburn_council_given___200k_to_tackle_extremism/
NWN: So the money is not really to fight extremism. But it is to attack any fight back from white British people, who resent the huge influx of foreigners and the enforced and failed multi racial experiment.
Once upon a time, radical right groups and parties were at the forefront of opposition to the Government, but the likes of Nick Griffin and others have ensured the right has been smashed into insignificance.

Germany: Bishop Williamson’s conviction quashed
On February 22, 2012, on the grounds of a procedural error, the German courts revoked the conviction of Bishop Richard Williamson for denial of the Holocaust.
The High Court of Regensburg on July 11, 2011fined Bishop Williamson a reduced on-appeal amount of 6,500 euros for having denied the existence of gas chambers. His comments made in an interview given in Germany in late 2008 were broadcast by Swedish television on January 21, 2009. Yet according to the appellate court in Nuremberg, the incriminating remarks are only punishable in Germany, not in Sweden. The court based its decision on the fact that early in the proceedings, the grounds for indictment specified only that “the contents of the interview were broadcast in Germany, not where or how,” despite the fact that the description of the mode of its broadcast in this country was one of “crucial importance.”
On his personal blog, Williamson gives the following details:
The Appeals Court has decreed in addition that the Bavarian State must pay my trial costs so far. All honour to my defence lawyer, Prof. Dr. Edgar Weiler, whose arguments the judges made their own, to Fr. Franz Schmidberger who introduced me to him and to Bishop Bernard Fellay who approved of him. However, I am not yet free and clear insofar as the Appeal judges made their decision on procedural grounds. Here is their conclusion : “If an indictment describes behaviour of the accused not punishable (as yet), and leaves open what concrete circumstances supposedly render him liable to punishment, then by not listing the inner and outer facts of the case the indictment is failing in its function, laid out above, of defining the action for which the accused is being put on trial. Case dismissed.”
According to AFP, the German prosecutors should soon file a new complaint against Bishop Williamson for the same offense. But the British prelate adds:
So in theory, the Regensburg Prosecutor’s office could correct its procedure and start the prosecution all over again. However, in practice they may well hesitate, because the Appeal judges called on them to specify who exactly came to know of the remarks, by what means they came to know of them, how exactly those remarks were apt to disturb the peace in Germany and finally how I was supposed to have approved of the remarks being made known there. (…) the prosecutors would have real difficulty in proving that I wanted my remarks to be made public in Germany, given that in the last minute of the interview (accessible on YouTube) I expressly wished the contrary. So it is in God’s hands whether the prosecution will continue, or not.

'Sexual abuse of 15-year-old girl by gang of six men was filmed on mobile phone'
A drunken 15-year-old girl was filmed naked and pleading as a gang of six men sexually abused her throughout the night, a court heard.
Harrowing footage from one of the defendant’s mobile phones seen by Leeds Crown Court showed the young girl lying naked while men laughed and touched her.
She could be heard saying: 'Give me back my clothes' and 'let me go'.
Harrowing case: Saqib Hussain (left), 31, and Wahid Hussain (right), 19, were at court today along with four other men, accused of sexually abusing the teenager
Ali Rehman, 26, his brother Hassan, 18, Larasab Hussain, 45, Faisar Younas, 23, Saqib Hussain, 31, and Wahid Hussain, 19, are on trial in West Yorkshire after the teenager was 'used and abused like an object'.
The jury watched the videos as Sharon Beattie, prosecuting, transcribed the men's conversation - which was in Urdu, Punjabi and English.
Miss Beattie said: 'In her account, various videos were taken that evening, only one was recovered - taken at the end of the evening.
'But it demonstrates how they were treating her as an object, something to use and abuse. There is no question of her giving consent to any activities that evening.'
The court heard how the schoolgirl had been drinking with a friend on the night of May 11, 2010, when they went to Ali Rehman's home, where they shared Jack Daniels and coke with him and his friends.
Her friend went upstairs with Rehman to buy some cannabis and left the house at around 9pm, taking the 15-year-old’s mobile phone with her.
Escape: Leeds Crown Court (pictured) heard today the victim freed herself 'ainst all odds' after she was buried alive
'Gratification': Leeds Crown Court, pictured, heard how the girl and a friend drank at Ali Rehman's home and the girl was then led upstairs, barely able to walk
It was agreed that the young girl should be left behind to sleep off the alcohol because she was 'wasted', with Rehman, from Dewsbury, West Yorks, saying: 'You can stay here because you can’t even walk.'
The abuse began, the court heard, when the teenager was led upstairs to a bedroom and she was laid down on a mattress.
The girl had told police that Rehman allowed his friend Saqib Hussain into the room and told him: 'You have 10 minutes.'
Miss Beattie told the court: 'If this is right it demonstrates from the off Ali Rehman was set on this girl being available for the sexual gratification of himself and his friends and the fact she couldn’t walk demonstrates she was vulnerable to all these men.'
After 10 minutes it is alleged that Rehman then entered the room and raped her, but was interrupted by his brother telling him they had to leave.
Ali Rehman was set on this girl being available for the sexual gratification of himself and his friends and the fact she couldn’t walk demonstrates she was vulnerable to all these men.
- SHARON BEATTIE, PROSECUTOR
Her family had become so concerned she had been reported as a missing person.
The court heard that Rehman told the girl to put her clothes on, flung her over his shoulder and carried her from his bedroom to the nearby home of co-defendant Faiser Younas.
The jury heard that at one point she woke up to two of the men trying to rape her at the same time. She said she remembered crying throughout her ordeal.
The prosecutor said the group then left, putting the girl in a taxi, driven by Larasab Hussain, going via Asda in order to get more alcohol.
The girl said she could feel herself coming around by this point, but was then given more vodka.
The group then went to Hussain’s flat to allegedly continue the abuse further. One man was heard to say he did not want his face in any pictures.
They then went back to Rehman’s home, where the police discovered the girl in the morning.
At first the girl denied that anything had happened to her out of fear, the court heard.
But she changed her mind and gave her full account in October 2010.
Ali Rehman is charged with three accounts of rape, and one of attempted rape, Saqib Hussain is charged with sexual assault, Faisar Youas with one account of rape, Hassan Rehman with attempted rape, Wahid Hassan with one account of attempted rape and Larasab Hussain with an account of sexual assault.
The men, all from Dewsbury, deny the charges. The trial continues.

Sweden moving towards cashless economy
(AP) STOCKHOLM - Sweden was the first European country to introduce bank notes in 1661. Now it's come farther than most on the path toward getting rid of them.
"I can't see why we should be printing bank notes at all anymore," says Bjoern Ulvaeus, former member of 1970's pop group ABBA, and a vocal proponent for a world without cash.
The contours of such a society are starting to take shape in this high-tech nation, frustrating those who prefer coins and bills over digital money.
In most Swedish cities, public buses don't accept cash; tickets are prepaid or purchased with a cell phone text message. A small but growing number of businesses only take cards, and some bank offices — which make money on electronic transactions — have stopped handling cash altogether.
"There are towns where it isn't at all possible anymore to enter a bank and use cash," complains Curt Persson, chairman of Sweden's National Pensioners' Organization.
He says that's a problem for elderly people in rural areas who don't have credit cards or don't know how to use them to withdraw cash.
The decline of cash is noticeable even in houses of worship, like the Carl Gustaf Church in Karlshamn, southern Sweden, where Vicar Johan Tyrberg recently installed a card reader to make it easier for worshippers to make offerings.
"People came up to me several times and said they didn't have cash but would still like to donate money," Tyrberg says.
Bills and coins represent only 3 percent of Sweden's economy, compared to an average of 9 percent in the eurozone and 7 percent in the U.S., according to the Bank for International Settlements, an umbrella organization for the world's central banks.
Three percent is still too much if you ask Ulvaeus. A cashless society may seem like an odd cause for someone who made a fortune on "Money, Money, Money" and other ABBA hits, but for Ulvaeus it's a matter of security.
After his son was robbed for the third time he started advocating a faster transition to a fully digital economy, if only to make life harder for thieves.
"If there were no cash, what would they do?" says Ulvaeus, 66.
The Swedish Bankers' Association says the shrinkage of the cash economy is already making an impact in crime statistics.
The number of bank robberies in Sweden plunged from 110 in 2008 to 16 in 2011 — the lowest level since it started keeping records 30 years ago. It says robberies of security transports are also down.
"Less cash in circulation makes things safer, both for the staff that handle cash, but also of course for the public," says Par Karlsson, a security expert at the organization.
The prevalence of electronic transactions — and the digital trail they generate — also helps explain why Sweden has less of a problem with graft than countries with a stronger cash culture, such as Italy or Greece, says economics professor Friedrich Schneider of the Johannes Kepler University in Austria.
"If people use more cards, they are less involved in shadow economy activities," says Schneider, an expert on underground economies.
In Italy — where cash has been a common means of avoiding value-added tax and hiding profits from the taxman — Prime Minister Mario Monti in December put forward measures to limit cash transactions to payments under euro1,000 ($1,300), down from euro2,500 before.
The flip side is the risk of cybercrimes. According to the Swedish National Council for Crime Prevention the number of computerized fraud cases, including skimming, surged to nearly 20,000 in 2011 from 3,304 in 2000.
Oscar Swartz, the founder of Sweden's first Internet provider, Banhof, says a digital economy also raises privacy issues because of the electronic trail of transactions. He supports the idea of phasing out cash, but says other anonymous payment methods need to be introduced instead.
"One should be able to send money and donate money to different organizations without being traced every time," he says.
It's no surprise that Sweden and other Nordic countries are at the forefront of this development, given their emphasis on technology and innovation.
For the second year in a row, Sweden ranked first in the Global Information Technology Report released at the World Economic Forum in January. The Economist Intelligence Unit also put Sweden top of its latest digital economy rankings, in 2010. Both rankings measure how far countries have come in integrating information and communication technologies in their economies.
Internet startups in Sweden and elsewhere are now hard at work developing payment and banking services for smartphones.
Swedish company iZettel has developed a device for small traders, similar to Square in the U.S., that plugs into the back of an iPhone to make it work like a credit card terminal. Sweden's biggest banks are expected to launch a joint service later this year that allows customers to transfer money between each other's accounts in real-time with their cell phones.
Most experts don't expect cash to disappear anytime soon, but that its proportion of the economy will continue to decline as such payment options become available. Before retiring as deputy governor of Sweden's central bank, Lars Nyberg said last year that cash will survive "like the crocodile, even though it may be forced to see its habitat gradually cut back."
Andrea Wramfelt, whose bowling alley in the southern city of Landskrona stopped accepting cash in 2010, makes a bolder prediction: She believes coins and notes will cease to exist in Sweden within 20 years.
"Personally I think this is what people should expect in the future," she says.
But there are pockets of resistance. Hanna Celik, whose family owns a newspaper kiosk in a Stockholm shopping mall, says the digital economy is all about banks seeking bigger earnings.
Celik says he gets charged about 5 Swedish kronor ($0.80) for every credit card transaction, and a law passed by the Swedish Parliament prevents him from passing on that charge to consumers.
"That stinks," he says. "For them (the banks), this is a very good way to earn a lot of money, that's what it's all about. They make huge profits."

Uhh...they'll kidnap you and take you to an ATM at gunpoint?
Or, just steal your cell phone?
Others are making good points that a cashless society is one where the government can track and control you better.
Also, I find that people tend to spend their money more wastefully when they're using cards.

In US you should never use debit card because one ID theft or one bank error and your entire balance is gone. Took me a week to get it restored. With credit card you are protected to $50. So maybe cash is backward for you foreigners but if you hold it they cannot take it from you as easily or maybe you go to the bank and they say "sorry, you have no money in that account", when you know for sure had $10,000 in it yesterday. You cannot prove them wrong. Do you trust the government/bankers - what's the diff these days - that much?

Cash is anonymous. If cash goes away and you don't want the government or anyone else tracking all your transactions, barter is the only trading method left. I vote for keeping the cash, and I am not very concerned about it going away. It wouldn't look good for politicians to have a traceable charge for some of the personal services they seem to favor when away from home--working hard for the middle class. Course there could be a bit of bartering goin gon there??

Great points about gov't being able to trace all transactions & controlling money supply. BUT, what happens in case of a power blackout? I recall at least 3 occasions when bank ATMs & CCs were knocked out by bad weather in Northeast. I have learned to keep 2-weeks worth of living expenses in cash, in fairly small denominations.

BIG ISSUE sellers in armed riot - Manchester
Crime Terror as feuding gyspy clans battled in Levenshulme street
A playground row sparked a street battle between rival clans of Roma gypsies.
About 20 men and youths fought with meat cleavers, cricket bats, golf clubs and sticks in the daytime fracas in Levenshulme.
Schoolchildren and shoppers looked on in horror as a man was stabbed in the neck before pulling the blade out and chasing after his attackers.
Carloads of reinforcements raced to the scene, with one vehicle driven into the thick of the crowd.
The violence erupted in Matthews Lane in July 2010, Manchester Crown Court heard.
The court was told that a minor incident sparked a long-simmering feud between the Tanase family and local rivals the Calin clan, gypsy families from Romania who have settled in south Manchester and sell the Big Issue.
On July 5, a 15-year-old member of the Tanase clan complained to his dad Venes Tanase that one of the Calin youngsters, Gulit Paun, then 17, had attempted to steal his phone at school. The boy pointed out Gulit Paun as they walked home together. Shortly afterwards the 15-year-old and his father Venes, who was armed with a cricket bat, ran into King Food Store in Cuthbert Avenue as a mob with ties to the Calin faction gathered outside.
The door was locked by the shopkeeper who bravely took the cricket bat from Venes and resisted the efforts from him and his son to arm themselves with a knife and a hammer. As Venes and his son emerged from the shop, relatives Ion Tanase and Marius Tanase, sped to the scene. A fight then erupted in the street involving Venes Tanase, Gulit Paun, Paun’s father Ion Calin, and various associates armed with a frightening array of weapons. Marin Popa, a member of the Tanase clan, was stabbed in the neck by a Calin associate who is on the run. Ion Tanase, son of Popa, then drove at his father’s attacker in his VW Bora. Gulit Paun, later to suffer a ‘severe beating’, attacked the vehicle’s window with a stick and Venes Tanase was seen kicking somebody on the ground.
Ion Calin then pulled the knife from his neck and set off after his enemies.
Another member of the Tanase clan, Ion-adinaur Tanase then joined the fray, getting out of VW Golf armed with a golf club. Justin Hayhoe, prosecuting, told Manchester Crown Court:
"Witnesses describe the fight as moving around in the side-streets, people were being chased, including incidents of being chased into private residences and being attacked."
Venes Tanase, 36, of Portland Road, Longsight, Guilt Paun, 19, of Heathcote Road, Gorton, Ion Calin, 44, of Heathcote Road, Gorton have admitted affray. Ion Tanase, 23, and Marius Tanase, 26, both of Carmine Avenue, Levenshulme have admitted careless driving and a public order offence, and Ion-adianur Tanase, 39, of Milwain Avenue, Burnage, has admitted possessing an offensive weapon.
All the defendants were said to be remorseful and to have come to a truce. They will be sentenced on Monday.

Günter Deckert Sentenced to Five Months of Prison for Translating Book
The following was written and sent to me by Günter Deckert, long-time Nationalist leader in Germany and friend of Holocaust Revisionism. I have taken the liberty to make some minor changes in the interests of making it better understood to the English language reader. Günter Deckert was born at Heidelberg in 1940. His father was killed as a soldier in the war. Günter was a successful and much-respected teacher before he was forced out of that profession because of his political views. He previously served five years in a German Federal prison in the 1990's for violation of Section 130 -- a so-called "speech crime." Günter Deckert is a husband, father and grandfather.
My “crime” this time… I made it possible that Carlo Mattogno´s Auschwitz – The First Gassings (Italian version 1992, English version 2002) could finally be published in German, too, in 2007.
Though most of the text in question had already been translated by one or two people, some pages in English as well as in Italian had been left. I finished the translation, did it over and tried to put the whole text into normal German. [The nature of] My co-operation to that German version is to be found on page 2 with the statement that I do not share the statements and conclusions of the author. (1)
Nevertheless, the political police (5 people) “raided” my home almost four years ago – it was my 12th “special visit”! They took my PC with them as well as two copies of the Mattogno book, one being my author´s copy, the other one being a copy sent to me by a German woman living in England -- she complained of the many misprints due to the fact that the Englishman setting it was without any German knowledge. Months later I got my PC back, broken. The action against me had been ordered by Mannheim prosecutor Grossmann after the “Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz” (Central Office for the Protection of the Constitution). Attention! We have only got a so-called Basic Law never approved / voted for by the German [s as a] sovereign [people]. In summer 2009 the accusation was accepted by the “Amtsgericht” (county court) of Weinheim, my home town. I was without a lawyer because [it was] NOT necessary. As I only wanted to see what the single sitting judge “made” out of the accusation, I did not bring in a lot of paper work. Thus, the trial was over in one day. I got four months on probation (for three years) plus a fine of 600 Euros, and [also have] to pay for the costs.
Prosecutor Grossmann, who had wanted six months of prison, appealed, as did I. Now it was the term of the Mannheim District Court (“Landgericht” Mannheim), the Nürnberg of a lot of German revisionists.(2) A minor court (“Kleine Strafkammer”) consisting of one professional judge, a certain Roos as president, plus two jurors (about my age) is the rule if you start with a county court. And therefore you are not forced to have a lawyer.
The Mannheim trial started on November 14, 2011 and finished on February 2, 2012. It resulted in those five months of prison, without probation. The trial took this long a time because I had changed my tactics in order to make the court understand why I was in favour of revisionism. I gave all the reasons and proofs still possible to be brought forward before a court without being accused again.
At the beginning it seemed that Judge Roos had doubts as to the problem of “publicity" or “diffusion” of the book necessary to sentence a person. But in the end he jumped upon the suggestion of prosecutor Grossmann, stating that the possibility of coming across the book via the internet fulfilled what §130 demanded.
In February, on day 6, I was sentenced to those five months of prison as stated before. At the very end of the session, I declared that I will have this sentence revised by the Karlsruhe based regional district court (“Oberlandesgericht”). This declaration has to be made within a week! After being sent the written sentence which is not yet the case, I will have one month to give reasons for my revision. If I am lucky (?), the regional district court will not decide before the end of the year. And if I lose again, there is still the possibility of going to the so-called “Bundesverfassungsgericht” (Federal Constitutional Court ) in Karlsruhe .
Reports of the trial, above all the one of day 6, were to be found nationwide, naturally not objective at all. Our “democracy" with its “guaranteed basic rights” is pure theory; the everyday reality is the other way round.
Those interested in learning more may ask for the six trial reports plus some of my motions. The English translation of the reports etc., done by Carlos W. Porter, will soon be finished. People can get them either via an e-mail attachment (free of costs, donations welcome) from Guenter.Deckert@gmx.de or via snail mail (about 30 pages A4 for 10 dollars) from Günter Deckert – Pf. 100 245, (D) 69442 Weinheim an der Bergstraße, Germany.
(1) Lawyers that I asked recommended that I include that statement -- thinking that it would prevent the “system” from prosecuting me. Lawyers are of NO real use if it is a §130 case! You cannot bring proofs to convince the court -- if you do so, another accusation is the result!
(2) Zündel, Rudolf, Stolz – I have only 3 copies (in German) left of the documentation “Die Mannheimer etzer-Prozesse (§130: “Holo….”(-Leugnung) 2005 – 2009 gegen Ernst Zündel, Germar Rudolf, Sylvia Stolz“ – 304 pages, some in English taken out of The Barnes Review and The First Freedom, soft cover

Why are British troops dying in Afghanistan ? Bring them home now !
Six UK soldiers killed in Afghanistan explosion
The news that six UK soldiers have been killed in Afghanistan takes the toll on the British military since 2001 to 404.
Six UK soldiers have been killed in southern Afghanistan when their vehicle was hit by an explosion, taking the British military death toll to 404.
Five from the 3rd Battalion the Yorkshire Regiment and one from the 1st Battalion The Duke of Lancaster's Regiment had been on patrol on Tuesday.
The soldiers' families have been told.
This incident is the biggest single loss of UK life at one time in Afghanistan since a Nimrod crash killed 14 service personnel in 2006.
The number of British military deaths in Afghanistan since 2001 now stands at 404.
Prime Minister David Cameron said it was a "desperately sad day for our country".
"It is a reminder of the huge price that we are paying for the work we are doing in Afghanistan and the sacrifice that our troops have made and continue to make," he said.
"I do believe it's important work for our national security right here at home, but of course this work will increasingly be carried out by Afghan soldiers and we all want to see that transition take place."
Today's news is a bitter reminder that for the men and women on the ground in Afghanistan, the fighting and the dying are far from over, while British troops are injured in Helmand every week.
This is the worst single loss of life in one incident due to enemy action for British troops in Afghanistan since the start of the war in 2001.
The last time a similar number of UK casualties was caused by improvised explosive devices (IEDs) was in the summer of 2009, when five British soldiers died in an IED blast.
The device remains the deadliest weapon in the Taliban's arsenal. It is effective on a psychological level, as well as causing deaths and severe injury, and is relatively cheap and simple to manufacture.
The level of suspected casualties suggests a large amount of explosives were used.
Warrior armoured fighting vehicles - the only British tracked infantry vehicle used in Afghanistan - are among the most robust, and many have been newly upgraded with extra armour.
More from Caroline Wyatt
In a statement from the MoD, Lt Col Gordon Mackenzie, spokesman for Task Force Helmand, said the six soldiers were on a security patrol in a Warrior armoured fighting vehicle when it was caught in an explosion just over the Helmand border in Kandahar province.
They had been travelling as part of a two Warrior patrol when the vehicle was hit at a junction where a road travelling east from Gereshk meets another heading north to Lashkar Gah, the MoD said.
It is understood British forces believe the explosion was caused by either a roadside bomb laid by insurgents or a legacy mine, left over from the Soviet era.
The BBC's Orla Guerin, in the Afghan capital Kabul, said there must have been a "massive explosion" to damage such a robust and heavily protected vehicle.
The area, she said, was sparsely populated and particularly unstable, according to Afghan officials, and insurgents were known to have planted roadside bombs there.
Meanwhile, the BBC's defence correspondent, Caroline Wyatt, said the six soldiers had been in the country for less than a month, having flown out of the UK on Valentine's Day.
She added that the ongoing operation to recover the bodies would have been slowed down as rescuers would have faced the risk of being injured themselves by further bombs.
News emerged earlier on Wednesday that the six were missing, presumed dead. It is understood the MoD has not formally identified the soldiers yet, but they are dead.
The last British soldier to be killed in Afghanistan was Senior Aircraftman Ryan Tomlin, of 2 Squadron, Royal Air Force Regiment, who died from gunshot wounds in Helmand on 13 February.
The UK is due to pull out of Afghanistan by the end of 2014, after 13 years of operations.
Defence Secretary Philip Hammond said the timetable for withdrawal remained on track despite this "cowardly attack".
"This will not shake our resolve to see through the mission - I believe we owe that to all the brave men and women who have sacrificed their lives and put themselves at risk over the last few years," he told the BBC.
Earlier, he said the UK and the Afghan National Security Forces were "on course to build an Afghanistan that can stand on its own two feet when UK combat operations cease".
Map
Chief of Defence Staff General Sir David Richards said he was "deeply saddened" by the news.
"This campaign has seen many personal tragedies and we owe it to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice to recognise that their courage and skill is visible in the ever more capable Afghan Army and Police," he added.
"Increasingly the Afghans themselves are taking the lead in providing security across Helmand. This transition is allowing Afghans to gain the confidence to reject the Taliban and live normal lives.
"The courage, fortitude and determination of those servicemen and women currently in Helmand is inspirational.
"They have not once wavered but, every day, mix the professionalism of which we are all so proud with deep commitment and determination."
The Prime Minister David Cameron: "It is a desperately sad day"
Shadow defence secretary Jim Murphy said it was a "terrible tragedy which will bring profound loss to six families and real hurt to the whole country".
"The professionalism of UK service personnel is unmatched and their bravery is unending," he added.
The Archbishop of York John Sentamu said his heart went out to those affected, particularly the five soldiers from the Yorkshire regiment.
"We owe a debt of gratitude to our brave soldiers who are the best in the world," he said.

NWN: Yet another high price being paid by British troops in a war nothing to do with Britain or Britains interests.
So why are the troops in Afghanistan ?
Some say it's to do with Israel and our subservience to zionist intersts. Others say it's the control of the opium crops.
Don't forget we fought 2 Opium wars with China in the 19th Century for the jewish Sassoon family.
It's all very distasteful.

She said she told him at the time that she was 16 and that she decided to have a termination.
The girl told police she slept with Billy and other men after being taken as far afield as Bradford and Leeds, jurors heard.
The Crown says Billy is Adil Khan, 42, one of 11 men from Rochdale and Oldham who deny sex offences. The girl is one of five teenagers the prosecution say were sexually abused by the men.

The girl said a number of white girls were brought to the flat and she saw a list of men who owed Ray money for using the flat.
During the hearing, Phillip Boyd, defending one of the 11, questioned whether she was mistaken in identifying his client and asked her about how much she would drink on these occasions.
He said: 'There would be occasions when you would be drinking a litre of vodka at one sitting?'
'Yeah', said the girl, who was giving evidence via a video link.
'Neat vodka?'
'Yeah,' she replied.
The girl, who is now 16, said she was drinking heavily 'three or four times a week'.

Jew-awareness for Beginners
Sent in by Harold Covington.
His comments:
"Okay, I know, people who pelt you with YouTube links shouting “Watch this! Watch this! Ya gotta watch this! It just EXPLAINS IT ALL!” are very common in the Movement, not to say boring and sometimes downright annoying. God knows I get enough of them, and I try to avoid becoming one of those Grandpa Simpson-like Movement coots who does nothing but send out articles and YouTubes.
That having been said, this one really is a good, short, to-the-point introduction to the Jewish Question that in my opinion would be spot-on for newbies who have only rudimentary Jew-awareness or none at all. You might want to download or rip this one off YouTube while you can; I suspect it won’t be around too long.

New Crisis Strikes BNP as Councillor’s Representative Quits Party
By Peter Johnson.
Amber Valley district councillor Lewis Allsebrook, elected as the BNP’s Councillors’ Representative at the poorly-attended November 2011 Annual Conference, has quit the party less than three months after taking up the role.
Writing on his website, Ambervalley matters.com, Mr Allsebrook—a former staunch supporter of chief party-wrecker Nick Griffin, described the BNP as “shambolic” and “hampered by the crazy ideological sensitivities . . . who refuse to take inspiration from anywhere but their own shallow pool of members.
“The site no longer supports the local British National Party. I along with a sizable group of local patriots have decided to leave the shambolic local British National Party and search for a new political home,” Mr Allsebrook wrote.
His resignation comes just four months after the previous BNP Councillor’s Representative, Debbie Stafford, also quit the position and the party, saying that she had “seen firsthand how the party is run from the Wigton office. It is conducted in a disreputable manner with dirty tricks being the order of the day. I feel I can no longer support such actions . . . the party is run as a family business with a ‘job for boys’ attitude that will never change.”
In an article published on the main BNP website after his election to the position in November last year, Mr Allsebrook wrote that “Central Party have promised to give me access to their full range of facilities. I intend to take the first opportunity to visit our head office in Wigton to see what’s on offer.” Possibly he too has had a Damascus experience, like Ms Stafford, when he saw how the party was run from the shed in Wigton.
Incredibly, the party leadership still carries on as if nothing is happening at all, despite all indications that a crushing defeat is on the cards for the upcoming London elections.
It is highly likely that Mr Griffin’s ever-dwindling band of supporters will be totally demoralised at the impending electoral disaster—caused exclusively by the leadership’s arrogance and dismissal of all sensible activists—and that this will cause a further fracturing and breakdown in the BNP.
It is a sad end for what was once Britain’s most successful nationalist political force.
There are two important lessons to be learned from the entire debacle, namely
- that Nick Griffin and Patrick Harrington, now having successfully wrecked two nationalist political parties, must never again be allowed to play any role in a resurrected movement, and
- secondly, that any new movement must have a constitution which will prevent the sorts of megalomaniac leadership abuse to which the dying BNP has been subjected.
