THE parents of a girl police believed was cut up and put in takeaway kebabs, are to sue the force which investigated her disappearance.
Charlene Downes, 14, from Blackpool, Lancs, went missing in 2003.

A detective sergeant was ordered to quit the force and five other officers disciplined over their handling of the inquiry.
Charlene’s mum and dad Karen and Robert Downes said they were taking action because they wanted Lancashire Police “reprimanded” over the case.
