Surely if he wants to sell his message as plausible he should be asking the exchanges / regulators / trade associations that oversee market documentation for derivatives, fx and other dealings that they ask their lawyers to update legal opinions confirming that netting and collateral arrangments still work on insolvency in all relevant jurisdctions notwithstanding the fruits of Webb's researches? And if they can't / won't confirm, then he might be on to something...?
