Since Britain virtually has no significant armed forces anymore, that a significant number of the RAF's planes don't fly and the navy's complement of seamen is so depleted that only a couple of frigates can be fully manned at the same time, it makes very little difference if half of the armed forces are more concerned with the colour of their lipstick and whether or not they have the correct type of toilets to serve their special needs.
