Of course Gri££in isn't going away. He's almost certainly a fully paid up member of the Conservative Party on a mission to wreck the BNP and he's doing the job very well.
The BNP meltdown this election is a victory for the Conservatives, not Labour. All Labour could do whilst in office is smear and vilify the BNP, or resort to aggression against its members and try to prosecute Gri££in twice for a crime which doesn't exist. They failed miserably and made fools of themselves in the process. The Tories are smarter and sharper and they are succeeding.
