This ULEZ scam is coming from the globalist World Economic Forum/WEF . It's really part of the WEF's Agenda 2030 - 'Green Agenda', being massively pushed worldwide, to get rid of cars and bring in the '20 minute cities'.
Kahn is WEF, so is Rishi Dishi, as is Boris Johnson, who brought forward this 'plan' .
All the main political parties in the West have been infiltrated and compromised, by these WEF 'entryists'.
Their next 'charge' is the cashless society as the globalists want 'total control'. If that comes about we are doomed !
