RIP Frank Burden - Leeds.

It is with great sadness that we report that stalwart nationalist, Frank Burden, has passed away. Frank was a friend of this writer, especially in the very violent times of the 1970's and 1980's. Frank was a leading activist of Leeds National Front branch. Frank never took a backwards step against the very violent campaign by extreme left wing communist . Attacks which the communists often launched and armed, and used weapons.

Leeds was a very active unit of the NF and I can recall attending a NF march in Leeds in the late 1970's.

Frank was a 'super activist', and attended every activity going back then. 

Above, is Frank selling National Front merchandise at Leeds Elland road football ground. He also sold National Front News,  the NF's then monthly paper and also 'Bulldog', the NF youth wings paper.
