In terrorem?! @NWN I've just spent 15m unsuccessfully trying to find the exact url/page on HMG's website where that piece supposedly appears and all I find are references to it with images of the section you quote on the websites of the Telegraph, Zerohedge, GBNews, Daily Mail etc - but NOTHING on www.gov.uk - has it been taken down or did it never exist? Please post the gov.uk full url where the item is located - else it will be deemed a psy-op!
