ITV have very recently released this programme and news reel about the National Front march and left wing riots in Lewisham , London, in 1977.

I wonder why they have released this now ? It couldn't have anything to do with "all those riots by right wing mobs" could it ? A narrative that bears no relation to the actual facts, or history of the UK. We used to see that sort of small scale disorder every Saturday afternoon, here in the UK, in a normal football season.
This rioting at Lewisham was far far worse than the outbreak of violence after 3 little girls were murdered by some foreigner that we didn't want on our shores. But it was committed by left wing communists so that is OK apparently.
