One of the killers of a 14 year old boy murdered with a machete in Newcastle, will be released after just SIX MONTHS in a new UK Gov prison overcrowding scheme (vicitm White; perp., Black).
- no problem with that PROVIDED the criminals first receive before release a birching with no less than twenty strokes. (Only about the severity of a nineteenth century public school flogging). Some physical contact will excite the nervous system into some recollection of the crime they committed as a timely reminder not to repeat it.
