Things like this make you hate the elites of this country. Wogs can literally get away with murder and then they send a White young man into prison for absolutely no reason.
This is nothing less than the destruction of the rule of law because it removes the necessary component of predictability. Time was that equity (vs. common law) as first administered in the courts was in the broad discretion of the judge and criticised because its content varied unpredictably like the length of the Chancellor's foot.
