The Metropolitan Police are coming under a huge amount of pressure lately. This process has been going on for decades.
Have a look at this document from the early 1990's, 'TOMORROW'S JOB', that pinpoints what has been going on. Then we now have 'Common Purpose' activists or 'change agents', as they like to describe themselves. Cressida Dick, the ex- Metropolitan Police Chief Constable being one of them, who was promoted due to her total incompetence in the shooting dead in 2005 of Jean Charles da Silva e de Menezes who was a Brazilian man killed by officers of the London Metropolitan Police Service at Stockwell station on the London Underground, after he was wrongly deemed to be one of the fugitives involved in the previous day's failed bombing attempts. The head of this new damning report on the 'Met', is also a 'Common Purpose' change agent advocate.
