I don't remember the lines of prams, I do remember being able to leave my bike outside a news paper shop without locking it up!

In the 1980's my cousin lived in Lostock Hall, he rode his push bike into Preston, and locked it up at the railings outside the Harris Museum/Central Library. He lost his key! His brother got on his bike with a hack saw, and they proceeded to saw the lock off, nobody, not even a single person challenged them!

I have also done the same in the town I live now, a couple of years ago, no one, except some young kids asked questions.

No one cares anymore?
