Labour Councillor Richard 'Fatty' Farnell
What is it with Labour politicians and Jaguar cars (Jags) ?
First we had '2 Jags' John Prescott, and now we have Richard 'Fatty' Farnell, a leading Labour Rochdale Councillor and friend of leading labourite John Prescott. Farnell also drives a 2008 Jaguar.
Farnell is an old marxist and was a MILITANT TENDENCY member in the 1980's and 1990's. He was also a member of the Anti Nazi League (ANAL). He helped organise an extreme left wing riot in Rochdale in 1993 which resulted in a pub that contained BNP members being wrecked . BBC Radio Manchester outside crew were also inside that pub at the time and reported on the red riot.
In the 90's Fatty Farnell was leader of the Labour controlled council in Rochdale, but for some reason in the very late 1990's left politics to train as a journalist attending University of Central Lancashire at Preston . Farnell seems to have been a failure, and left his course early.
He is now back in Rochdale and is once again a local councillor. Many areas of Rochdale would elect Moors murderer Ian Brady if he stood for Labour.
Farnell also has a rather 'upmarket' home as well, and being as he has never worked a day in his life one must wonder where his outward signs of 'capitalist greed' comes from ?
Farnell has lost a lot of weight over the last few years. He used to be as big as Cyril Smith MP, another disgrace to Rochdale.
A 2008 Jaguar doesn't come cheap nor does his current home. Where has he got his money from ? He must also have a disabled parking badge or why would he park his car on double yellow lines outside Rochdale Labour MPs offices on Cheetham Street ?
Farnell now in his 50's, has never married nor been seen with female company. Nor male company for that matter. Very reminiscent of Cyril Smith. Ooh errr !

Richard Farnell has made it to 26 out of 29 meetings at
Rochdale council since last May – despite being unable to work as office
manager for Liverpool’s elected mayor Joe Anderson since last summer.
A mayor's right-hand man is at the centre of a political storm after attending council meetings whilst on sick leave.

Supporters of Coun
Farnell, who had a spine operation last year, say he is following
doctors’ orders to keep as active as possible – but not to commute up
the East Lancs Road every day.
Liverpool Lib Dem leader Coun Tom
Morrison, in a letter to Mr Fitzgerald expressed his ‘concern’ about
Coun Farnell’s attendance record, adding: “I would appreciate it if you
could look into this matter with the utmost urgency and inform me of
what action will be taken.”
A friend of Coun Farnell – who is now
on statutory sick pay and is not being paid by Liverpool council – said
that he was suffering with a chronic condition and had been signed off
work by a number of doctors.
They said he had been encouraged to
remain active but that working an eight hour day at Liverpool council
was out of the question.
The source said: “Being able to attend
meetings at Rochdale council, which he can leave if he is in too much
pain, has been very helpful for Richard. I suspect he would have been
very depressed by now had he not had that.”
Coun Farnell said he
was unable to comment because of the terms of his employment with
Liverpool council – but Labour sources said Mr Fitzgerald’s letter was
‘politically motivated’.
A Liverpool council spokesman said: “We do not comment on confidential personnel matters regarding individual members of staff.”

A leading Labour Councillor is today under investigation for assault, tbg can reveal.
Richard Farnell, the former head of Liverpool Council’s press office, who has been absent from work due to ill health since the summer of 2012 is alleged to have both verbally and physically assaulted a 42 year old man out walking his dog at Balderstone Park in Rochdale this morning.
It's alleged that Councillor Farnell sensationally verbally assaulted the man saying that he looked a "fucking mess" before pushing him and accusing him of owning a dangerous dog.
However, the dog called Boris has no history.
The man, who is a close source to tbg, is said to have responded in self-defence by pushing Mr Farnell to the ground.
Ironically, Farnell, who drives around in a silver Jaguar with a personalised number plate and allegedly uses a Disabled Bay without a Badge, is trying to press charges for assault too.

The PA espouses many popular polices at first glance seem patriotic and nationalistic, such as jobs for the nation's indigenous people and renationalising key service, but read carefully - there's no real tight committment, and PA policies are of an all-encompassing rainbow nature - why do the PA prattle on about creating a Bill of Rights when England has the 1215 Magna Carta and the 1689 English Bill of Rights, both of which are statutes still in force and stating the (Common Law)rights of the free men of England - either the PA know but are denying, by silence, both these statutes are extand and still in force, or are completely ignorant of their existence or their importance and present-day relevance and extant power of protection against Parliament Acts and statutes, none of which are Law/Common Law of the Land of England, but are contractual legal instrumnts of commercee/business/trade - have you noticed on all government/Crown documents the wreath symbol with the claim INVESTING IN PEOPLE - ponder those words - seem innocuous - till you learn that what passes as a properly constituted demoractic government representing the sovereign people of England, is in fact a registered, privately-owned, for-profit, business corporation listed as United Kingdom PLC, and trading under aliases as the UK government, British government, Parliament, the Crown - and you, not being a shareholder of UK PLC, it's not for your benefit - you are definitely being invested in by the UK PLC, but not in the way you you probably think - you are corporate-bought & owned by private investors who you're enriching by them imposing on you unlawful taxation and unlawful statutory duties subject to statutory penalties on you - check out Duns & Bradstreet business register and look up House of Commons - you'll find out the rat-infested cesspit of corruption and administrative unlawlessness is a registered place of business - it's raison d'être is dreaming-up and creating statory offences for controlling, fleecing and permenently enslaving the English people - so why the fuck is the PA using the same Crown wreath symbol - the Establishment is known to have a bizarre sly sense of humour secretly delighting at the misfortumes and their enslavement of the common people - and methinks the PA wreath symbol is the Establishment taking the piss.

Another thing - I've never come across any of the names of the PA leaders - what's their background? - where did they emerge from?? - what's their political experience? - dig deep enough into any registered political party and you'll unearth one or more secret financial backers/investors, so who's backing the PA?
