Yesterday Germany turned on Britain over the migrant crisis. Germany expects to accept 800,000 asylum seekers by the end of the year. Britain is also preparing for the growing refugee disaster -- It closed its gates. The German call makes some sense I must admit. After all, it was Tony Blair and his Labour Government that launched the criminal war that led to this global humanitarian crisis. But Blair wasn’t alone. In fact he was merely a Sabbos Goy.
When Blair took Britain into Iraq his chief fundraises were Lord cash point Levy  of the Labour Friends Of Israel. Jewish Chronicle writers David Aaronovitch  and Nick Cohenwere the prime advocates for the immoral interventionist wars in the British media and beyond.  Since then, we have seen the Jewish lobby openly pushing for more and more wars (Syria, Iran, Libya  etc.). In France it was the CRIF  and Bernard Henri Levy that pushed for the intervention in Libya that has turned the Mediterranean Sea into a death trap.
I don’t know how many refugees Lord Levy, Bernard Henri Levy and David Aaronovitch can fit into their spare rooms. But I do believe that the Jewish community should immediately place itself at the forefront of any humanitarian effort for the refugees.  First because Jews claim to know more than anyone else about suffering.  But mainly because it was Jewish aggressive politics and Zionist global lobbying that brought this colossal refugee crisis about.

Lord Janner's trial on 22 sex abuse charges won't be for at least another six months and even then he may not have to be there at all 

• Former Labour peer Janner will face a fitness to plead hearing in December
• If he is not fit, there could be a 'trial of the facts' where a jury would hear evidence and decide if Janner committed the physical acts of abuse
• However, there would be no finding of guilt or conviction 
• Janner was excused from attending today's hearing at the Old Bailey but did appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court last month

A judge will decide in December if Lord Janner is fit enough to stand trial over alleged child sexual abuse next spring, a court heard today.   

Janner, who was the Labour MP for Leicester West for 27 years from 1970, is accused of 15 counts of indecent assault and seven counts of a separate sexual offence against a total of nine alleged victims in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s.  

The 87-year-old's case was discussed at a hearing at the Old Bailey this afternoon, although the peer was not present.

The court was told that Janner who is suffering from dementia, will face a fitness to plead hearing later this year, ahead of a trial in the spring.

The former QC, a member of the House of Lords since 1997, was not required to attend today's 'purely administrative' hearing at the Old Bailey following an order made by Mr Justice Sweeney.

The judge set a the provisional date of 7 December for a plea and case management hearing, which would include a fitness to plead hearing, and a provisional trial date for 22 February - although it could be put back. 

The trial will take place in a central London court with the judge still to be nominated.

If the trial judge decides Janner is not fit to enter pleas and stand trial, the court may conduct a 'trial of the facts', where a jury would hear evidence from alleged victims and decide if Janner committed the physical acts of abuse. 

It is not considered a trial as such because the defendant cannot put forward a defence, and it can be heard in their absence.

There is, therefore, no guilty verdict and the court cannot pass sentence. All it can do is make a hospital order, a supervision order, or an order for the defendant's absolute discharge. 

Last month, Janner was forced to attend Westminster Magistrates' Court to face the child sex abuse charges after a week-long legal wrangle over the issue.

His legal team had been insisting he was too ill to attend in person because of his advanced dementia.

But two senior judges ruled that the former Labour peer and MP must appear because of 'the obvious and strong public interest in ensuring those summoned to court attend when required'.

He appeared confused when he was brought into court for just 59 seconds on August 14 to confirm his identity and even grinned at a packed press bench and said: 'Ooh, it's wonderful.' 

THE ACCUSATIONS: 22 SEX ATTACKS SPANNING NEARLY TWO DECADES 

By Alison Saunders' own admission, the evidence against Lord Janner was strong enough in relation to no fewer than nine victims to place before a court.

The Labour peer is suspected of carrying out 22 sex attacks against young victims, including a girl, who were in local authority care. They allegedly took place over a 19 years and include:

• 14 indecent assaults on a male under 16 between 1969 and 1988

• Two indecent assaults between 1984 and 1988

• Four counts of serious sexual assault on a male under 16 between 1972 and 1987

• Two counts of serious sexual assault between 1977 and 1988

He was then escorted from the court by his daughter Marion, who told him before they left: ‘We're going to go home and have an ice cream.’ 

The prosecution comes after a u-turn from Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Alison Saunders, who announced in April that Janner would not be charged because of his severe dementia, despite there being enough evidence for a realistic prospect of convictions.

But she resisted calls to resign when she became the first DPP to reverse a major prosecuting decision following an independent review carried out at the request of six of Cardiff-born Janner's alleged victims.

The Right to Review scheme allows people to have their case looked at again regardless of who took the decision at the CPS.

The review, carried out by David Perry QC, concluded it was in the public interest to prosecute, but accepted Janner will probably be found unfit to enter pleas, instruct his legal team, or challenge or give evidence in a trial.

Janner, of Muswell Hill, north London, who was MP for Leicester West for 27 years from 1970, is on unconditional bail.

Janner is yet to enter any pleas for the 22 charges, but he has always denied any wrong doing and his family say he ‘is entirely innocent’. 

Of the allegations, 21 relate to complainants who were aged 16 or under at the time.

Every town in Britain should take 10 Syrian families forced to flee the chaos in the Middle East, Labour leadership hopeful Yvette Cooper said this morning.

The shadow home secretary said the failure to offer sanctuary to refugees trying to escape the 'new totalitarianism' of Islamic State was 'immoral' and 'cowardly'.

She called on the Government to exclude refugees from its target to reduce net migration to below 100,000 a year and suggested that it should be possible to take some 10,000 people seeking asylum.

In a speech to the Centre for European Reform in London, Ms Cooper acknowledged that her comments would be controversial at a time of heightened concern about immigration.

But in the face of the crisis in the Mediterranean with tens of thousands risking their lives in an attempt to reach safety in Europe, she said that it was essential to separate out the issue of asylum from the wider immigration debate.

'This has become a humanitarian crisis on a scale we have not seen on our continent since the Second World War. Yet we seem paralysed to respond,' she said.

'And its not just us. All Europe is struggling to respond. We can't carry on like this. It's immoral, it's cowardly and it's not the British way.

Ms Cooper contrasted Britain's offer to take a few hundred Syrian refugees through a United Nations programme to the 1930s when in a matter of months the country accepted 10,000 Jewish children fleeing the Nazis.

'We have to step up to the plate. This has become a test not just of Europe's values, but also of the EU's resilience and ability to respond.

And so far our continent has been found still wanting,' she said.

'And it is a test of British values too - of whether we will again be able to reach out to the rest of the world and help as we have done in previous generations, or whether we will turn inwards and turn our backs instead. And so far our country has been found still wanting too.'

Ms Cooper said called for politicians of all parties to support a 'national mission' to change attitudes, end the fear of the 'politics of immigration'.

'That has to start with the Government and its targets. For our country to have a net migration target which includes refugees is just immoral,' she said.

She said the Government should summon a national conference to see how many places it was possible to offer to refugees from Syria and the Mediterranean.

'If every city took 10 refugee families, if every London borough took 10 families, if every county council took 10 families, if Scotland, Wales and every English region played their part, then in a month we'd have nearly 10,000 more places for vulnerable refugees fleeing danger, seeking safety,' she said.

Nigel Farage this morning claimed Britain had 'lost sight of what is a genuine refugee'.

The Ukip leader said the European Union has 'opened the door to an exodus of biblical proportions' as thousands of people flee from war-torn countries such as Syria and Eritrea.

He told BBC Radio 4's Today programme that Britain should follow Austria's lead in tightening up checks at borders to prevent illegal immigrants entering the country.

Nigel Farage this morning claimed Britain had 'lost sight of what is a genuine refugee'

Mr Farage said: 'The EU have sent a message that anybody who comes across the Mediterranean or comes through Turkey, once they have set foot in an EU country they will be accepted.

'That's sent a message to hundreds of thousands of people that they can come.'

'Genuine' refugees had historically tended to be members of ethnic or religious groups fleeing for their lives said Mr Farage.

But he said: 'The problem we have now is if you look at the definition of the EU's asylum policy, it includes anybody who comes from a war-torn country and it even includes people leaving extreme poverty.

'The problem we've got is potentially we've opened the door to an exodus of biblical proportions, meaning millions and millions of people. We've lost sight of what is a genuine refugee.

'How many millions does Europe want to take? That really is the question.'

Britain should offer refugee status to 'a few thousand people' from Syria but cannot provide an open door to migrants, he said.

'I think we are going to have to start doing what the Austrians did yesterday,' said Mr Farage. 'The Austrians stopped lorries and stopped cars and checked and found 200 people who were smuggled trying to come into their country.

'We are going to have to accept that crossing borders is going to get more difficult if we are serious about dealing with illegal immigration.'

It comes as Mr Farage prepares to launch Ukip's campaign for Britain to leave the European Union.

He admitted that he did want to lead the official No campaign during the EU referendum but would be happy for Ukip to work alongside whichever campaign is nominated as the official opposition to Britain remaining.

Mr Farage acknowledged that Ukip deputy chairman Suzanne Evans had described him as too divisive to lead the official No campaign, but added: 'She also said we shouldn't major on immigration in the referendum, which I think is wrong.'
