NWN:  This video by the 'Daily Agenda'  on YOUTUBE, is exactly right about Nick Griffin. The perpetual charlatan Nick Griffin is once again trying to resurrect himself, and ingratiate himself, as a voice (and no doubt further money supply for himself) in so doing, within the nationalist community.  

Some people have either forgotten Griffins previous shenanigans and trail of destruction, or are totally unaware of his record. We have to say that we are/were, not great fans of the output from the 'Daily Agenda'. Mainly because we have no idea of the chap that does the videos. But in this video, he does mention a guy we do know a lot about, and have worked very closely with - Steve Smith from Burnley.

Some time soon, a record of just how Griffin hijacked the BNP, at the BNP Advisory Council meeting held near Wolverhampton in 1999, needs to be collated and written/recorded. 

That BNP Advisory Council meeting had been called for the then forthcoming, European Parliamentary elections held in 1999. That BNP election challenge, was the largest British nationalist election challenge ever.

Griffin and Tony 'the bomber' Lecomber, (Lecomber was Griffins 'right hand man') disappeared after the first day's business there and they went to Griffins home in Welshpool so they said. (Driving from Wolverhampton to Welshpool is no easy route to take and the distance isn't too close either). On their very late return the next day and after the meeting had already started. Which was very strange, poor form and bad behaviour, the meeting progressed for the rest of the second day. 

Now we know that Griffin/Lecomber clearly had other ideas on their mind, and the BNP elections did NOT feature in his/their priorities. At the conclusion and end of business of a very constructive and business like meeting, and we were all raring to get the election campaign underway, and on a very positive basis. 

Griffin decided to throw the meeting into turmoil and a 'spanner in the works', by announcing he would be standing for election against the then BNP Chairman John Tyndall, for the BNP leadership.

Then we need to throw in, the secret meeting(s?) between Griffins right hand man Tony 'bomber' Lecomber and Nigel Farage and Dr. Mark Deavin ( a photo of these talking together is on this site and in the public arena). 

Dr Mark Deavin,  a former official in UKIP, had sided with Griffin (they even wrote a large BNP booklet together 'Who are the Mindbenders, 1997), and they claimed they were bringing UKIP over into the BNP, and they had spoken to BNP meetings UK wide expressing this plan . 

Farage had not too long before this meeting, taken over UKIP from Alan Sked in 1997.
