Social worker paid girls to strip
A senior social worker from West Yorkshire has been found guilty of misconduct after encouraging teenagers to pose topless for photo shoots.
Christopher Hardman, 55, from Batley, used his position at Kirklees council to obtain files and contact details of several young vulnerable girls.
A conduct hearing was told he contacted the girls posing as someone who worked for a legitimate modelling agency.
Hardman, who did not attend the hearing, admitted the offences.
This was an elaborate and sophisticated scheme in which the registrant deliberately targeted some very vulnerable service users

The General Social Care Council (GSCC) was told Hardman, who worked as a manager of a youth offending team, resigned from the council but his employers told him he would have been dismissed anyway.
The GSCC is due to make a decision on sanctions later on Tuesday.
Shelley Edwards, presenting officer for the GSCC, told the hearing in central London: "This was an elaborate and sophisticated scheme in which the registrant deliberately targeted some very vulnerable service users."

A LEADING trade unionist was prosecuted by Wirral Council, at a cost of almost £5,000, for having railings on the roof of a garage in Wallasey.
Alec McFadden, who lives in Poulton and is president of Merseyside TUC, appeared before a judge at Liverpool Crown Court on Monday to answer charges of breaching the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
He stood accused of constructing railings around the roof of a garage he obtained planning permission for in 1990, after a single complaint was made to the local authority in 2005 by a neighbour Mr McFadden.
anyone noticed more west midlands articles on the main bnp site by TITVS ADVXAS ? 50 people turned up at a wolverhampton meeting from shropshire,staffordshire,birmingham,black country and local,so that equates to 10 people from each area,how piss poor.
things are that thin on the ground there with all the latest resignations that all other groups are being urged to attend other groups meetings and help out where and whenever they can.
bearing in mind the unpaid activists and organisers have burnt out and had enough of how bad its got.i spoke to a guy the other week who went to his first meeting in 3 years,he said the turnout was poor,all the old faces had vanished and the speakers were shite.
