Just what is the justification f...Anonymous said...
Just what is the justification for a claim of £50,000 in damages?
----------------------------------
I believe that part of the justification is alledged loss of income to the BNP but check this. I agree that ,if possible, the court case should be used as a lever to examine in depth BNP finances since 1999. I have heard that an investigation of the Trafalgar Club would be very 'interesting'. But then there are so many areas we would like info on. For example:

1)Great White Records. It sells it's C.D's through the BNP and BNP members are allowed to believe that by buying G.W.R cd's they are helping the BNP financially. These cd's, I think but check this, are priced in the region of £10 each. BNP members are allowed to believe that GWR is a part of the BNP. The reallity is that GWR is not part of the BNP and if I understood the BNP financial statement to the electoral Commission correctly GWR has never made a donation to the BNP. The BNP has though (if I correctly understood the BNP's returns to the E.C ) made payments of several thousend pounds to GWR for the hire of sound equipement. So to me it looks like the BNP donates to GWR not GWR donating to the BNP. What are we to make of this? Thoughtful suggestions on this matter welcomed.

2) Then there is vangard Promotions. This business is believed to belong to Mark Collett. What I would like to know is what relationship, if any, exists between Vangard promotions and the BNP magazine 'Identity'. In short who owns the BNP magazine 'Identity'. Also who owns the BNP paper 'Voice of Freedom' The BNP may own these publications but there is a nagging doubt in many peoples minds on this matter and we would like to know. We would like to know who receives the money we pay for our papers--is it the BNP or some other entity.

3) Then there is the matter of paid employees wages and expenses. We would like a truthful list of BNP employees. We would like to know how much each employee is paid and for how many hours work per week. We would like (indeed we should demand) publication of the expense claims of all BNP employees. I understand that some BNP employees have BNP credit cards. WE would like such employees to publish for all to see they BNP credit card statements. The BNP insists that it is a party of financial transparency so give the members the financial facts.
These are just three of many areas of inquiry that need and could be opened by the court case currently running in Manchester.
Richard ChadfieldAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32095749.post-55225263651345528982008-04-17T17:56:00.000+01:002008-04-17T17:56:00.000+01:00Griffin has a long history of spinning and stabbin...Griffin has a long history of spinning and stabbing-in-the-back.

He did this to us, Third Positionists, back circa 1996 when he wanted to get into the BNP - interestingly getting a wage almost straight away as 'Tom North' editing Spearhead and as a leaflet designer.

We had done nothing to NG - indeed some of us had remained friendly with him after he quit the ITP - he just saw the betrayal of his ex-comrades and spreading lies and half-truths about us in BNP journals as a means to an end: the promotion of Nick Griffin inc.

And so - over 10 years later others are learning the same bitter lesson, whether Clive Potter or Matt Single.

"We told you so" doesn't cover it and the fact that the BNP's site is now seen as more Zionist than any of the LibLabCon's websites speaks volumes in this regard.

Who Benefits?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32095749.post-82420751985833185892008-04-17T16:56:00.000+01:002008-04-17T16:56:00.000+01:00Afraid not anon. They love Griffin so much you woul...Afraid not anon.

They love Griffin so much you would have thought they would be out leafletting or standing in elections for their corrupt leader.

But no, Howard just sits around all the day sending threats over the internet .
